convienent location, comfortable beds, ideal for short stay. Very noisy floorboards in the rooms, breakfast not quite what we thought{no bread} and the rooms were in need of dusting, however beds and bathrooms were spotless.

All staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the city, it was in a great location, easily accessible by car coming into Edinburgh and well positioned for city attractions. The apartment was of a high standard, gave us great flexibility and was really well equipped, a real home from home feeling, and the welcome pack of milk, orange juice and breakfast cereals as well as the unlimited tea and coffee was an added bonus! Parking is the only draw back, the £20 per day although a reduced rate is still a little steep especially if you were staying for more than 1 night, I think it would be better if there was further discounts for longer periods.

The location was great. The accommodations were fair enough. The use of the free washer and dryer was good to refresh our laundry and start a new week with. I had prepaid with my visa when booking as required months in advance. At that time I requested a garden view and an early check in. (noon) I did not receive anything back from them. When I tried to check in at 12:30pm they said they could not. I came back at 3:00pm and had to wait for over an hour to check in because apparently the visa I used to pay with did not have a "chip" in it. They needed to track down the offsite manager for approval. We ended up with a street side room which was quite noisy throughout the night.

Well located for shopping and dining in Edinburgh. The apartment was comfortable and better equipped than those of friends staying elsewhere. Parking was a bit problematic and expensive but there is nothing the hotel can do about that. Otherwise the only thing I didn't like was the tv/entertainment/internet package which was not geared up for casual tv viewing and casual internet access for simply emails etc placing greater emphasis on "packages" at £15 a day.

no heat or hot water until staff were called.Bedrooms too small, kitchen very badly equipped , basic crockery and cutleray, no teacups only mugs,no sharp knife to cut bread, why have a dishwasher when there is nothing to wash. Curtains in lounge terrible, in your booklet you state £1200 fine if damaged??? couches shabby and uncomfortable, Lighting in all rooms very poor

Excellent location. Lots of space in the apartment. It was well equipped. It was a bit negative to have a list of the costs you would be charged if you broke anything taking up a large part of the welcome booklet.

The apartment was spacious, walking distance from the station and the centre of Edinburgh and very well fitted out for a comfortable and luxurious stay. We particularly enjoyed the unlimited free coffee and access to the Queens Street Gardens. The staff were without exception helpful and pleasant. We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment, having booked only a one-bedroom one - so the value for money was truly amazing! It's not really acceptable in this day and age to charge an additional £10 per day for internet access! If we'd been paying full price for our apartment, I'd have felt very shortchanged by this. It would be much better to increase the prices by £10 per day and include free internet access!

The cleanliness of the apartment was very good. The staff, especially on arrival, was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Friendly staff were on duty throughout our stay. The location is excellent, walking distance to the Bus station and the Railways. In the midst of the City Centre. If I were to suggest anything at all, though it wasn't a problem to us, it would probably be to provide bigger sauce pans for those who may like to prepare some meals as the ones in our apartment were too small.

Fantastic old building with great spacious appartments that were extremely well equipped. Lots of nice touches such as quality toiletries, bathrobes and complimentary breakfast goods. Very comfortable beds and superb location. Staff were well informed and friendly. Lack of parking was the only issue. £20 per day in local car park. Would travel up on the train next time tho and stay there again.

Excellent apartment, spacious, well equiped with very comfortable bed. Great location within in the Centre of Edinburgh just a short walk to shops, attractions theatre etc, easy parking, Apartment and facilities to a high modern standard, staff helpfull and courteous, nice welcome pack within room (cea Our Garden aprtment have very squeakly and noisy floor boards whilst walking around the apparment, not a huge problem during the day but at night could disturb others. Appartment was clean with very nice bedding and towels however more attention could could have been made to the overall housekeeping.

The apartment was very attractive, with large airy rooms and very comfortable. Everything was spotless. We were given a choice of rooms and picked the top floor, which afforded wonderful views over Edinburgh. The staff were very helpful and recommended some restaurants - the Chinese in Dublin Street was excellent
