The apartment itself was well appointed, comfortable and superbly located. Our 2 bedroom also had a great outlook onto Queen St and the Portrait Gallery. They have a strange policy on checking in. You must have the card you used to make the booking with you or they won't allow you to check-in at all. My wife found this out as she tried to check-in while I was still at work. Really inconvenient!!

convienent location, comfortable beds, ideal for short stay. Very noisy floorboards in the rooms, breakfast not quite what we thought{no bread} and the rooms were in need of dusting, however beds and bathrooms were spotless.

Very well located appartment. Just in front of the National Gallery (for those who are trying to find it, there is no number on the building, it is a the beginning of the street... Not the end !!). The bedrooms are nice and clean (in the excecutive appartment, the ensuite bathroom does not have a shower, only bath, weird, but is in the common bathroom anyway). Beds are very confortable. Kitchen is nice and had all you need for a quick cooking. Breakfast fine. The boiler didn't work first and the man from the reception came straight away to switch it on. Very good service. Staff was very friendly and polite. Honesstly, I travel a lot and like good quality places to stay... I will definitely keep this one in my list!!! Brilliant.

Enjoyed the proximity to the city and it was well suited to 3 of us. Nice having a lounge to relax in and a kitchen, though we didn't do any cooking! The floorboards were very creaky and when someone got up in the night, we all heard it.

I was disgusted by the dirty bathroom and old pieces of soap in the shower and hairs in the bath, the bin was full of dirty tissues. Carpet was dirty too and it was unfortunate that it was too late when I got up to the room late that evening to do anything about it. I couldn't eat in the living area in the morning. A horrible and expensive experience

The two gents checking us in and helping us throughout our stay were the best we have experienced since arriving in the UK. Piotr, front office, was amazing. No matter which question we threw his way, he had the answer and always followed it with a smile. The rooms were spotless, beds so very comfy and the water views not to be matched. Central to everything you could wish for. We wish we could have stayed longer. Hoping to go back again soon. Won't stay anywhere else. Thank you for a wonderful home away from home.

Location. Little touches in the room eg. choc on bed. All amenities were there. Cleaniness. Quiet and friendly. Breakfast starter pack. Tea, coffee and milk - fantastic Gas boiler in the bedroom, would be better situated in the lounge. Heating on in the summer, but this was easily fixed. Larger bathrobes.

We liked having the spacious accommodation for our family of four. The bedroom windows faced a very busy street and there was quite a bit of very early morning traffic noise.

Our bed covering was unsuitable for warmer weather.A king size duvet on our bed was uncomfortable and the hotel had no lighter covering such as a blanket. There was also difficulty with the the hot water in the bathroom which was eventually solved.I do not think our executive apartment was good enough for what we paid.We stayed a total of 4 nights.
