Location was good for night out. A member of Male staff was very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable during my breakfast which he refused to serve us as we were not correctly dressed for the meal although there is no dress code given when making the bookin and we were covered! Its not like this is a fancy place its run down and the last thing he needed to worry about was how we looked! we did not recieve breakfast, and left us waitin for 20mins to see if he was serving us whilst he served the only customer there! The 2nd time i have been there as the 1st time was fine although the male i didnt see then. For sure would not recommend or return. There was dirt and grime on the bath from previous cutomers and hair on the wall that was not ours. Only thing I can say good is the location and the receptionist who dealt with my complaint.

The location was great as it was just off the centre of Aberdeen. The double glazing stopped the noise of the clubbers infiltrating the room. If you're looking for somewhere cheap, clean, but not up to date with the decor - this is ideal. Nothing.

Unfortunately only the location directly at the center is good. Damaged rooms, unbearable bath rooms, extremely loud because there are directly some dance locations, staff are not friendly (beside the staff from the breakfast), not so clean.

Breakfast was good with freshly cooked items. Rooms are a bit dated. Beds felt a bit worn out. We couldn't seem to stop water from the shower getting on the bathroom floor.

Breakfast was good - better than I expect in this class of hotel. The peeling paint and wallpaper - and the high price. I can get this quality at a lower price in central London.

Although it seemed expensive for its class, I was there at a time of a major conference when hotel rooms in Aberdeen are almost impossible to find and most hotels mark up their rates from what they are at less busy times - so this was actually less expensive than most. Also the room was large and spacious. The location is good for the City Centre - walking distance to most restaurants, etc. Good breakfast

the very clean and newly spruced up room was a joy after coming through the grubby reception. Spending money on where guestes spend most of their time seem s asensible approach although a tidied up reception area and stairs would be a good next job!!

Character, friendly staff, good food. Plumbing could do with a bit of attention. It doesn't necessarily need updating but could do with some TLC.
