Location is fantastic as everything you need is there outside the hotel doorstep. The reception staff has been great attending to your questions and needs ensuring you have a fuss-free stay. Room was cleaned up each day with fresh bath towels provided.
Bed mattress could have been more comfortable.
Position was alright. Breakfast was ok that's about all you can say.
Rooms tiny, no where to put your clothes when you took them off. No where to put a suitcase except the windowsill. No comfort at all Bathrooms new but so tiny.
cleanliness; comfortable bed
Smallness of the room; flickering light in bathroom; noise from street
Location and bathroom
bed & breakfast
For a short business stay i found this hotel very accommodating. Although very basic everything i needed (restaurants etc) were on my doorstep. The room was fine for short term
Very very basic breakfast.
Shower and ensuite bathroom was good. Location was great.
Have to pay 10 to watch TV , WiFi didn't work on the 2nd floor which i really needed being on business. Stains on carpet and walls. Asked for assistance with WiFi for a 2 day stay, no one really helped. Other than that, it was OK.
Proximity to the London underground and bus services. Halal food options around the vicinity of the hotel. Front desk staff was helpful in answering our queries.
Tiny room. Uncomfy bed as you could feel and hear the spring coils creaking every time you turn. Thin walls and bad WIFI signal
Mattress didn't fit the bed, so pillows kept falling down the back of the bed. Also stupid deposit for remote for tv.
location was excellent for tube connections. on busy main street with plenty of restaurants with varied choices of cuisine. Rooms were basic but clean just what was required for an overnight stay. Good choice for breakfast which was constantly topped up and dinning room open 24hr so we could make coffee or tea whenever. staff very helpful with local attractions and how best for us to get to them.
we stayed in hotel in November and heating wasnt on in bedroom or bathroom. Had television in room but no sign of a remote control which caused upset for children while waiting for us to unpack. Lifts were not working and struggled up 3 flights of stairs with cases and young children.
location price breakfast
The attitude of one of the receptionists in the morning was extremely rude. She did not afford any hospitality at all.
Well located in London and rooms were clean albeit fairly small
Ground Floor entrance not easy to find redecoration work still in progress
Very friendly and cooperative guys from the reception desk
Check out time early (11:00)
the price and location were very good....toilet was immaculate, pity the rest of the room was looking a bit tired
asking for directions to hotel and girl couldn't tell me anything or knew anything about the street the hotel was on...laughable!
I was struck in London, it was late afternoon I was desperate to find a hotel near the underground, I was ready to pay like a 100 pounds, at least, fortunately I found this one, and all the facilities in the room was nearly new, very good anti-noisy window!!! So you can hang around on the street and sleep well at night ! It was a really good deal! Breakfast included!! I will definitely choose it again !
The location was ideal as there were many shops and eating places on the same road. Bus travel was easy into City centre. Not too big. Ideal for a sight seeing visit.
More fruit variety at breakfast.
Next to subways excellent for getting around. Lots of foodies and bars. Hotel facilities were good.
Every thing was bad for this price.
Price Very ppartan room
The location is the only good thing. Every other thing is at best basic.
The breakfast was the worst.
Chap Price, free fast WiFi, access to shops and tube
No desk, no breakfast earlier than 07:30, electrical items in room not PAT safety tested, additional charge for TV remote and air.con remote.
Receptionist should put more emphasis on Customer Service Skills.
Very close to two tube stations, and to the Kensington Gardens & Hyde Park - you can explore London from its best side by your own, with no need to travel. Very tiny rooms, but clean and perfect for short stay. I would recommend.
The Wifi is simply terrible, even there are access points on every floor - it is either not available or slow. Note there is no lift and the staircase is very steep - but this is nothing negative, this is just London.
The room is way too small. There's not even a table where I can put my laptop.
the room and beds were too small and there was no lift and location was not as central as preferred
Location , staff, cleanliness, will definately stay next time and recommend to friends
Mattress was very uncomfortable. There should be changep in breakfast. Should have english breakfast and not continental
