Although the hotel was clean and no complaints. I thought for the price that breakfast should have been included. Also £20 for the breakfast seemed very expensive for what it was, on top of this there was a service charged added which is outrageous when it is self serve. Next time I am visiting london I will try a different hotel. |

the view form the room was outstanding, location so near to the underground and you could walk through the park into Oxford Street |

very near to a bus and underground stations. not far from the shopping area either harrods or oxford area. they charged me twice at my credit card for my rooms and till now did not credit me back my money |

Great location, spectacular view over London, clean organised and efficient, Staff friendly and helpful - not a bad price and would definitely come again. |

Clean comfortable room. Comforyable bed. Excellent room sevice. Helpful staff. Very convenient location. Made to feel welcome. Obviously don't employ enough housekeeping staff at busy changeovers, as rooms not ready for 2.00pm. |

The location was second to none, the room was lovely with a good view over Hyde park As it was a very large hotel it was a little impersonal however the staff did their best to be attentive. |

When we arrived, our room was not ready, yet the staff were very helpful to resolve the situation very quickly. we were very pleased with the attitude of the staff at reception. the costs of breakfast was astronomical and resulted in us leaving to find breakfast in restaurants nearby. |

I found the Hotel not good value for the money i paid.If my room was a superior room i would hate to think what the other rooms where like.I think it was overpriced.The reception area was nice but that was it, never again.I think next time a cheap B&B if that was Royal forget it |

The staff are excellent nothing is too much trouble. I always stay at this hotel when in London and I have never experienced a bad stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, directly above Lancaster Gate tube station and opposite Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park. Within walking distance of Notting Hill Gate for excellent shopping at portobello market. |

Excellent location for both Hard Rock Festival at Hyde Park and shopping. Very helpful, polite staff. Hotel room very clean and comfortable. |

We were unable to check into our hotel until 10.30pm. There were only a few rooms left at this time, so we were offered an upgrade, at no additional cost, to the Presidential Suite! It was magnificent, plus panoramic views over Hyde Park. |
