We liked location, 2 mins bus/tube, paddington station 5 mins so very handy for heathrow airport, 10 mins walk to Oxford street...Happy Days for shopping! Staff very helpful. Hotel lobby pure luxury, nice feel & atmosphere. Very expensive to eat & drink there, way over priced which is a shame but it would not put me off staying there as there are lots of cafes, restaurants & bars in the area. |

I arrived early in the morning at the hotel and the reception staff manage to find me a room to check in early. I really appreciate it after a long haul flight. The Concierge staff were also very helpful in providing directions to the places i need to go. I would like to express my gratitude to the Night Manger, Wissam Alsayegh for allowing me to use his PC to check in and print my boarding pass as the PC in the Business Center kept blocking boarding pass pop up page. The housekeeping also did an excellent job of keeping my room clean and tidy everyday. Overall, I had a very good experience at the hotel and will definitely stay here again next time. The breakfast and Internet access is expensive. |

The location is good, close to bus station and underground. Hyde park is too close. The room pictures shown in the web site is not similar with the room we got. It was a cityview room and it view the car park. I asked the responsible an explanation was, city view is the car park view ! Receptionist was not helpful and she said the difference btw booking internet site and I got is in the responsiblity of booking.com, very very helpful stuff ! Don't pay a hotel with Travellodge standards. I definetely do not reccommend it. |

There was an atmosphere of efficiency and calm. The checkin process was smooth and the number and style of the restaurants offered a good selection as on this occasion I did not want to eat 'out' of the hotel. The view from the 17th floor across Hyde Park was great and because of the height very private such that I was comfortable leaving the curtains open overnight and enjoyed the nightscape. |

The room layout was well thought out giving maximum usuage to the space. Good wardrobe space, good sized comfortable bed. Superb wide choice of tv channels to choose from. I like the bar area and the afternoon teas were special. The bar offered a wide range of drinks and cocktails too. The Thai Restaurant in house is spectacular. A great base for being in London. |

Lovely squishy carpet in Reception area. Helpful and friendly staff. The fantastic view from our window. Value for money at The Island restaurant. The only problem we had was understanding the staff, none of whom were native English speakers, but they were absolutely charming. |

We Liked The feel of the hotel ansd the area. The staff were vey friendly and helpful. We didnt like the fact that the breakfast was not part of the room rate and it was pricey as an extra. They should change this it is to pricey for just a room |

Close to the tube and the centre of London. Lovely, clean comfortable rooms. Good view and near to the park. Quiet and welcoming. Breakfast seemed a little too expensive so used deli accross the road. If English breakfast had been £15 it would have made all the difference. However, you have the option, so not a major problem for us. |

perfect location for metro station (2 were close to the hotel), clean room (every day clean towels), perfect view (ask for your room to be on high floor, hotel has 17 floors if I remember well), there was no noise at all even if we had a city view room, Hyde park is next to the hotel expensive breakfast offered for 24$ per person. it could be included in price of room. |

The view to the city of London from the room was quite nice. And 3-min walk from the underground station is quite close. |
