o hotel é realmente bom, a localização é perfeita, não é um hotel para todos, e ainda bem, o atendimento é muito bom e profissional, a localização é realmente excelente com hide park como vista e nothing hill e portobello mesmo ao lado sendo os bairros de maior glamour e elegancia de londres. tem dois restaurantes de alto nivel e recomendo o de comida thai, um dos 5 melhores thai de toda a inglaterra.

ouve-se tudo de uns quartos para os outros e o room service das limpezas começa ás 6.30 e so se ouve portas a abrir e a fechar, é o unico ponto negativo na realidade.

Gostei muito da vista pela janela, via o London Eye, à noite era muito bonito. Gostei muito da recepção calorosa com um coquetel de boas vindas, pois o quarato aind não estava pronto. Adorei o chá de cortesia no quarto, único, não vi isto em nenhum outro hotel do mundo. obrigada!

Meu marido achou a cama um pouco pequena, ficava com os pés para fora. Eu não tenho queixas.

Closeness to underground and Hyde Park. You get what you pay for. Staff very professional.

Breakfast expensive.

The location was brilliant, just round the corner from Lancaster Gate Tube, No 46 bus from Kings X/St Pancras Station stops outside hotel, our room overlooked the Eye and the city. The rooms are luxurious. You would be hard pressed to find better at the price we paid.

We were upgraded to a deluxe room on the 15th floor but it was a smoking room, because we could not open the windows the smell of cigarettes was constant. However, this is NOT a complaint because we had been warned it was a smoking room on arrival and were offered a no smoking room, however, the location of the room we had was worth it!

The staff is competent and efficient. The rate through booking.com was good. The location is excellent, close to train: Paddington Station and to metro: Lancaster Gate. there is a nice Cafe across the street from the hotel (Bathurst street) which is a good and cheaper alternative to the expensive breakfast of the hotel.

Everything that is not included in the room rate is very expensive. Internet connection cost GBP17 a day, printing cost GBP1 a page, two courses breakfast is GBP46.

The staff were responsive and the room was a good size

The place is very near to the hyde park.

The rowdiness of the concierge, door of the room can't prevent the noise from corridor to come in.

Reception staff was really friendly

Horrible price policy for breakfast, to get toast to english breakfast we needed to buy a mix of bread and pastries for 11 gbp and need to pay extra for tea and coffee. A breakfast for 2 comprising of 2 english breakfast, tea, coffee, glass of water and bread came to more than 50 gbp, this is a pure rip off. Did not go for breakfast any more. I was in this hotel in June and a full english breakfast incl. Toast and tea/coffee came to max 40 gbp.
