Первое удобно добираться из аэропорта Хитроу до отеля на поезде "Хитроу экспресс" 12-15 мин.и от станции 5 мин.пешком до отеля , второе -отель расположен рядом с Oxford str. и отличным парком.

Ужасно громко работает кондиционер.

В ответ на мою просьбу открыть окно в номере, девушка на ресепшн ответила категорическим отказом. Во время check-out выяснилось, что окна там все же открываются (есть замочная скважина). Утреннее такси в аэропорт заказано не было, несмотря на подтверждение по тел. консьержем.

the springs in our bed were bad,hot water in bathroom didn't work

The very friendly staff. the comfort and feel of the hotel was very good. brilliant location.

your water piping and air contioning/heating system need to be checked before be allowing guess to move in.

I had a cocktail in the Island bar and was given it in a wine glass I saw the bar man ask the 2 spanish girls who were serving would they like some and then put the rest of the cocktail in 2 smaller glasses and dressed them up and left them behind the counter for them so I feel thats why I was given such a small measure at around 8 pounds for my drink I was annoyed by this.I lived in Spain and can speak Spanish so could understand what was going on.

excellent location, friendly, helpful staff, booked a city view so didn't expect much but actually had a not bad view of Kensington Gardens and Wembley in the distance

nothing major - bathroom a bit dark and no light above mirror and shower head could not be moved. Breakfast arrangements a bit confusing and weren't really explained until the 2nd day, though to be fair they didn't charge for my 5 year old.

They had no record of my Booking.Com reservation but when I showed them my booking number and a copy of my confirmation they were apologetic and eventually gave us a nice room.

I did not like the fact that they had no record of my reservation through Booking.Com but it did not seem that it was the hotel's fault. We were very stressed whilst we waited to see if they could find us a room.

Very courteous staff. Very punctual room service. Excellent location across Hyde Park. The Tube station is only meters around the corner. Taxi stand beside the hotel was very appreciated. Clean spacious rooms. A very highly recommended 4 star hotel.

The breakfasts were excellent but a bit overpriced for a continental breakfast.

First impressions of this hotel were excellent. Its location close to Hyde Park, Oxford Street and the West end of London was great. Also it is very close to the Lancaster Gate underground station so makes moving around London easy.

Pleasant staff. Room not too small. Good location.

The bed was very short.My feet stuck out and I.m only 1.75 meter. Did wonder if by mistake it was put in the room the wrong way around as it seemed very wide. Room 1218.
