The views from our room were outstanding, the hotel was clean, and the breakfast was very nice.
The general building it's self was worn out, in need of updating
There is nothing at all to like about this hotel apart, possibly, from the view, not that you can see very much through the filthy windows.
By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Shabby, dreary, depressing. Unhappy and unhelpful staff and very poor value for money. Go to the smart, new, less expensive Premier Inn around the corner instead.
very dated , cold room , cobwebs ,no parking , would not stay again
View from window
Lead to believe via booking.com that only 2 rooms remained available. In-fact the hotel only had 2 bookings for that evening. Hotel is large, dated and in need of refurbishment and in general was cold. One staff member was pleasant and ran the reception and the public bar but we asked nothing of him. We only stayed 40 min in the bar as it was cold. The bed was very poor woke with back and neck ache, the tv did not work. The breakfast was fair and served by a second staff member. We saw no one else before we checked out :-(
value for money,view.
Good location with fantastic views of the North Beach. Nice atmosphere in the pub below the hotel and a lovely hot Welsh breakfast.
Bathroom in the room was not very clean especially the shower and the sink plug hole was full of what looked like mince beef!!! Quite a hard bed.
The view from the room was stunning.
The room was really poorly decorated and in need of a total refurb. There were 2 drawers missing in the bedside cabinet. The red leather sofa was impossible to get out of , curtains were falling off the pole and the bathroom was so dated. Windows didn't open and the door barely closed.
The view from the room was beautiful
The car park was a 15 minute walk from the hotel, the shower was to hot to use it almost burned my skin and I couldn't turn it off, I called a member of staff he could not turn the shower off, he said don't worry about it. We left the room because we couldn't breathe with the steam and heat in the room.
Excellent location with beautiful views. Cosy pub area and spacious restaurant.
Bedrooms really need updating
Location good. Good view from room.
needs a bit of loving care eg:new windows but a hotel with good carrictarer would stay again
The shower badly needs upgrading The windows had a force nine gale blowing through them even though they were closed
Over all good location excellent views clean and tidy.
Needs updateing in the process of that ???
We were a party of 5 men and we found the staff very helpfull.
The position of the hotel was ideal with stunning views over the harbour. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
I liked it all.
we liked the location of the hotel and the bed was comfy.
the hotel didnt quite look like the brochure. it was very run down and out of date, the ceilings were cracked and the visit to the toilet wasnt good the carpets and walls were very dirty was disappointed with the breakfast.
We liked the view as it was looking over the sea but the windows were that dirty it was spoilt and the location was great.
The staff weren't very friendly, the man that came when we were booking out did not say one word to us, how rude is that !!!
Sea view , staff, breakfast , position , very nice. P
Tv didn't work property
Great Position in Town Centre, great view, Good Breakfast
Very tired building, could do with a lot spending on it
location, central of town with harbour and sea views.
clean rooms but furnishes looked a little worn an tired.
Location was good. Staff freindly. Bar prices reasonable
No tv reception. No wifi
The location was amazing and our bedrooms had spectacular views of the coastline and village
The hotel,is in serious need of refurbishment. One of the bedrooms had a leaking ceiling with water dripping onto the carpet. Ceiling was actually coming down in one room. Curtains were faded and had holes.
Got to be the best position in Tenby. Idyllic.
Hotel clean but very shabby and has obviousely seen better days. Getting hot water to third floor a very long process!
Rooms were dirty and poorly furnished
