Location good. Good view from room.
needs a bit of loving care eg:new windows but a hotel with good carrictarer would stay again
The shower badly needs upgrading The windows had a force nine gale blowing through them even though they were closed
Over all good location excellent views clean and tidy.
Needs updateing in the process of that ???
We were a party of 5 men and we found the staff very helpfull.
The position of the hotel was ideal with stunning views over the harbour. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
I liked it all.
we liked the location of the hotel and the bed was comfy.
the hotel didnt quite look like the brochure. it was very run down and out of date, the ceilings were cracked and the visit to the toilet wasnt good the carpets and walls were very dirty was disappointed with the breakfast.
We liked the view as it was looking over the sea but the windows were that dirty it was spoilt and the location was great.
The staff weren't very friendly, the man that came when we were booking out did not say one word to us, how rude is that !!!
Sea view , staff, breakfast , position , very nice. P
Tv didn't work property
Great Position in Town Centre, great view, Good Breakfast
Very tired building, could do with a lot spending on it
location, central of town with harbour and sea views.
clean rooms but furnishes looked a little worn an tired.
Location was good. Staff freindly. Bar prices reasonable
No tv reception. No wifi
The location was amazing and our bedrooms had spectacular views of the coastline and village
The hotel,is in serious need of refurbishment. One of the bedrooms had a leaking ceiling with water dripping onto the carpet. Ceiling was actually coming down in one room. Curtains were faded and had holes.
Got to be the best position in Tenby. Idyllic.
Hotel clean but very shabby and has obviousely seen better days. Getting hot water to third floor a very long process!
Rooms were dirty and poorly furnished
The view from the bedroom window
The staff were scruffy and rude, the hotel was shabby, clearly no investment but keen to charge a lot. Far too complacent. Breakfast okay but don't go after 9.15 if you want to be made to feel welcome by the tall waitress with long hair - other one was lovely. Won't be returning.
Friendly and helpfull staff, great view of harbour and bay, will definitely stay here again.....
We had a good night sleep and the breakfast and location was great
It could do with a little updating because the hotel was in a great location
Location Sea View
Rickety, lumpy and uncomfortable beds Dreadful shower, dirty bath & toilet Generally very poor. TV was too small for size of room with poor reception. Lack of wifi
Bed very uncomfortable, room was exremely dirty, view of brick wall out of window, damp patch on ceiling, bath didnt work, tv signal terrible unable to watch anything. Lift access only up to 3rd floor leaving 2 floors of stairs and winding corridors building felt unused very poor value for money
The view from the room is amazing
The whole interior is extremely tired and dated. It is defininitly the shabbiest place I have ever stayed in, nowhere near worth £200 for two nights B & B.
The view and location was ideal.
The shower was broken as had to hold the handle and flooded the whole bathroom resulting scolding myself turning it off. It needs updating and very old fashioned. Direction of rooms weren't clear along with sloping stairs which is unsafe.
Staff very oblidging.
Rooms carpets dirty, lift very jerky needs adjustment, no view from room just a concrete wall. would expect a sea view for £90 / night.
breakfast and location views very nice.
windows rattled and felt unsafe as window pains were broken and cracked in places. very out dated decor and furniture. Everywhere needed good clean even the kettle lid was dusty!!! gap under door you could drive a train through.(joke but it was a large gap!!!)
