Loads of space and we ended up with a bathroom and beroom each! Great security with lockable gate. The carpets were really stained and there was nowhere near enough glasses or crockery for a self catering appartment |

Location, Cleaniness were very good and the design of the Apartment was also good. For a rented house it was good value assuming there will be at least 4 people staying there. 4 bathrooms but no hand towel in any of them. Tv needs to be updated with new "Sky" card. Settee was very hard and more power sockets would have been nice. |

Great location and the apartment is spacious with all the mod cons There were no sheets on the beds when I arrived. However that was promptly remedied. I never received any information on how to connect to the internet, even though I was charged for it. |

City centre location was amazing, and I think we all appreciated the 3 bathrooms. It is a little bit of a hike to pick up keys, especially if you didn't know the city. We picked them up out of hours from a locked box, can't see why that couldn't be on the premises. |

The proximity to the city centre and the Royal Mile made sight-seeing and walking and shopping very easy. We didn't need to use the car at all. The apartment was a great size - we were amazed to have three loos, twos showers and a bath for only three of us! There were several things which were broken or not working - light bulb missing in lounge lamp, only one plug for bath and kitchen sink, shower door sticking, Sky card needed for TV, and the number on the front door was half missing. One neighbour played extremely loud music until 3am (Tuesday evening). |

spacious rooms not appropriate for only a night or two - the 1/2 hour ( not 5-10 mins as stated ) walk each way to collect keys is ludicrous |

Secure parking facility, ideal located for tourist attractions, spacious accomodation and plenty cooking & laundry facilities if required Only two drinking mugs, not a great issue as easily purchased nearby. Though bath towels provided. there were no Dish or Hand towels, again not a great issue, but would have appreciated being informed that we had to supply own |

Near to Royal Mile, an appartment with enough space. Good to be booked by friends. Some basic installations missing as for hanging towels in the bathroom, missing spoons in the kitchen. |

So close to the Royal Mile you can walk to the castle. Its within easy reach of the town centre and most of the major attractions. The accommodation is a self catering apartment flat and is well appointed and very comfortable. The parking is a real bonus as you have to pay for parking everywhere in Edinburgh. It's not a hotel it is self catering accommodation and therefore no hotel staff. Its a little difficult to find, you need good directions. It was not a problem for us but is was on the top floor however it did have a lift so taking suitcases up was easy really. |

What a surprise! We got a 3-level appartment with 15 beds.... whereas our booking was for 4 people. Enough space for sure. Very good facilities perfectly located to visit Edinburgh |

Cosy, comfortable and value for money. Facilities in the kitchen is splendid--with 4-head cooker, grill, oven, stainless steel water boiler and all sort of cooking utensils. Duvet is a bit too thick and hot, it's better to have a choice of a thinner one. Curtain is not sun-light proof. Internet access is a "must" for youngster, but it's only available on request. |

The apartment was large with good cooking facilities .Three bathrooms made it ideal for a big party. The underground garage was good. The number had been removed from the door which was a bit confusing. |

Central location but difficult to find actual apartment and not really child friendly/easily accessible. Disappointed at the fact that the accommodation was difficult to find and not very child with buggy friendly. Also alarmed when I got in the lift and there was an empty bottle of vodka sitting on the floor. Also the location whilst central was extremely noisy due to Seagulls screaching for most of the night. There were hairs in the plug hole of the bath and no plug so that we could run a bath. A shower is not really very convenient for two young children. To top that the windows were filthy. |

Excellent location, just off the High Street and within 10-15 minutes walk of Waverly Train station and the Playhouse. Lovely large lounge and well-fitted kitchen. Could have done with a few more door-stops - I don't know if this is maybe a Fire Safety issue and can't be changed, but the bedroom doors close unless jammed open. This is fine during the day but at night I prefer to be able to hear if the kids are up and about! Also the number on the Flat door was missing. |
