The only problem we had was the floodlight outside our room making it very light in our room during the night.

The food was very good and the room was clean. Staff friendly.

The rooms face a carport and a very messy area Check in is between 12 and 3 and if you miss this, you have to wait until 6 pm which is rather irritating.

If you are staying in the comfortable rooms, I would highly reccommend eating in the restaurant........the steaks were fantastic and the quality and price of the meal could not be faulted. The staff were attentive and helpful.....all in all an excellent experience.

We stayed just 2 nights, and ate in both evenings. The food was excellent, and all the staff delightful and efficient. There was an attractive ambience.

There was a misunderstanding over our arrival, which meant no one was about when we arrived at about 5 pm. This might have been our fault in not realising afternoon closing. There was no hot water on our second morning, the boiler having apparently cut out several times. The manager was most apologetic.

One of the best breakfasts we have ever had.

Clean and bright room which was really comfortable, staff really helpful and food amazing, ideal after a long journey cant wait to go back!

Friendly staff, pleasant location

Very good food at reasonable prices. The staff were all willing to help with any problem, like looking for a lost key. Plenty of parking and very handy that you can park right outside of your room for ease of unloading cases.

Unacceptable noise from function room and attached toilet area above our room was unpleasant and unexpected. Landlord informed in the morning and we were given a price reduction and an apology.

L'atmosfera. Praticamente è un PUB, con annessa cucina tradizionale (ottima la bistecca Sirloin). Da provare. Peccato che ha solo 2 camere per gli ospiti.

Sehr freundlich, schönes Zimmer und gut zu Abend gegessen haben wir dort auch!

The room was basic but comfortable. The meal offer was excellent value at just £22 for 2 meals from the grill and a nice bottle of wine. Unfortunately we never had time for a full breakfast as we had to leave early. All in all it was good value for the money.

This was more a hotel than a pub with accommodation. All customers left immediately after their meal, nobody had a drink at the bar after, and they weren't encouraged to do so.

Great location and good varied choice offered in restaurant food cooked to a good standard. Cooked breakfast typical of this kind of accomodation and again good offerings. Comment made on the back of being seasoned UK travellers. Accomodation quiet at the rear and suitable for overnight stays or basing yourself for various points of interest. A good experience rather than great.

This is a restaurant not a pub and as such once the diners have left the bar is almost empty and will close early if seen as appropriate. Cashing up early is a clear indicator that its time for bed! We arrived at 2.50pm which was within the nominated times but no one around to receive us and didn't answer the phone. We had to go away and amuse ourselves for 3 hours after a long journey. We were accepted rather than greeted on arrival and told in the evening that the accomodation was a hobby rather than anything else. From that we kind of felt we were in the way and more of a nuisance. Bed linen unironed.

Stayed one night as part of a short touring holiday. Rooms separate from main pub building so very quiet. Room was very spacious and had everything we needed - bathroom maybe a little dated. Ate at the pub and had a very enjoyable meal, breakfast was also very good. Would stay again if in area.
