Prima service personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Wij arriveerden s avonds om 9 uur en de keuken was net dicht. Er werd voor ons chinees besteld en dat konden we in de bar opeten. Personeel kwam met borden en bestek en onder het genot van een wijntje en livemuziek hebben we daar heerlijk gegeten ! Schone kamers en prima ontbijt ! Zou er zeker teruggaan !

The location was good the Bar seen was nice the menu was good the Staff were very friendly and helfull

I liked the fact everyone was lovely it was a very laid back friendly hotel. it was the cheapest by far around Kent area.

The room did not have a fridge for my baby's bottles the sheets were marked and the bath was dirty, there was no internal phone for reception and no lift and our bedroom was top floor furthest away.

The fact is was close to lakeside

It was tatty .. We were in the annexe and carpets on stairway dirty and tatty with dirty towels on landing left for whole day . Toilet dirty and brown stains , shower tatty and did not work , grubby stains on grout , lovely view but was masked by the stained glass that could not be cleaned .needs some tlc desperately .. Had another hotel the next night same price that included breakfast and was amazing .. Totally different experience so won't be going back to this one

The breakfast was very good in terms of value and freshly cooked. Very helpful and polite staff throughout. Car parking on site but busy on Saturday.

Basic bedroom and bathroom facilities.

Bed was comfy & Coffee/tea in good supply. And only £40 for a double room.

You could here other guests...............at 3am on a Sunday morning ! I'm glad I only stayed one night.

Outstanding art nouveau interior to main building, absolutely original, including lights, door handles, fire tiles, etc. Great location with outdoor terrace looking onto the river. 5 minutes walk to station.

It was a bit rough in the bar. I wouldn't have cared to go in there on my own, as a woman. Otherwise just small things like the bath plugs had lost their chains and one of the lights in my bedroom didn't work.

When I booked the hotel I was not aware that the hotel catered mostly for contract workers . I had to ask to be moved to other rooms as the one which was allocated to us was like something on a builders site.

Staff were great food was great accommodation very basic but clean and good value for money xx

The room was poor and there was no heating in the room and thus we was freezing!

Paying £50 for a very basic room. Having spent the previous night in a Premier Inn for £19, we felt the Royal Hotel price was too much in comparison.

It was quite close to Bluewater shopping mall & there was a private parking / clean bed / clean towels

Humidity problems visible on the walls & windows / quite expensive for what I would rather call a hostel ...

The food was nice.

The cob webs on the cealin in the room the duty base of the bed was frighten to look at the top bit, the dirty bath and the extras i had in my drink in the bar. which when i pointed it out to the very young bar staff they thought it was just funny.
