Location short walk to sea front. Plentiful parking. Comfortable loung bar. Light and airy bedrooms. Good channel choice on TV. Touch lamps at bedsides. Bedrooms very clean. Good size Towels.
Beds hard. Floor Tiles in ensuite needed regrouting. Ladies toilet seats in reception broken and unfixed.
I like the location, the nice view sea from my room. Staff was very friendly
There was a few thing was damage in the room from the last poeple.
restaurant, cosy lounges, cleanliness of the toilets, overall a very welcoming atmosphere.
shower over bath, could'nt get a good shower
The décor and the cleanliness
Convenience to town centre.
Great staff, lovely grounds, excellent location, good facilities.
If I had to complain about anything, the rooms are a little small. We stayed in a family room and the travel cot only just fit in between the bed and the wall. The bathroom was extremely tiny. And there was some damp above the windows and the paint was peeling in areas but I guess this is to be expected in an old building.
Staff especially restaurant and reception. An easy walk to the centre. Easy parking
The mattress on one of the beds; prominent springs. It needed replacing
Condition of hotel
Tv was of a good standard. Twin bed was comfortable. Tea making facilities were good.
Main light bulbs were not all functional. Bathroom hardwear was not fitted properly. Toilet did not flush properly.
The service was really good and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you .

hotel drafty all the doors seemed to be open, while we were there the weather was bad no heating at all ?
Great location Great breakfast included Good restaurant
Great location with own parking which whilst close to the front and centre also felt secluded. Lovely grounds and charming hotel.
Small bathroom to the extent that it was even a bit of a squeeze to sit on the loo! Whilst the room wasn't small the bed was too big for the room so it was a bit of a squeeze to walk round
