We liked the elegant decor inside, the chandeliers and the layout of the comfortable reception rooms
We stayed an extra night so changed rooms and that particular room was not so good or comfortable, being a family room and more cramped.
room was warm, quality of food.
waiting time at the Bar Music loud could here it in our room, but soon settled down.
Breakfast Staff Location Large rooms Resturants
Bar prices Noise above in rooms
Food was value for money and the breakfast was great.
We had a couple above us and they were noisy. You could hear the telly and talked/walked very loud.
Elderly clientele so aimed at that age group
Cold damp.room poor breakfast funny smell as soon as you walked into the room poor decor I also think i had a bad pint of beer felt poorly after afternoon drink only had one so wasn't over endulging was not happy and wouldn't stay again
Hotel location and history. Indian food superb
Size of bathroom way to small more of a wardrobe actually.
single was very compact and comfortable, bar area great and breakfast was very filling
the double room was unsatisfactory. the bathroom had mould on the wall and dirty behind the wood covering half the window. The noise of people above made a lot of noise in the bath .It sounded like they were in our room so did not get much sleep.
Staff very helpful, beds comfortable, food good, outside space good
Nothing specific which I could add here
free car park, beer prices were ok location good
bed mattress was a bit hard, but we keep going back
The Indian restaurant is by far worth a try I thought the food was very flavoured and not overly priced
Needed decorating and some fixtures were dirty and in need of repair. Also there iron board was virtually on a 45% angle
Bed was broken,en suite door broken, the hotel smelt of Indian food which I don't like.
Breakfast and very helpful staff
Adjoining door between us and the next room allowing noise and light that disturbed our sleep
breakfast outside decking Venue for live music
Lower downstairs rooms very dated

Bollywood restaurant . Situation of the hotel.
Small bathroom.lighting in bedroom dark . Hairdryer to far away from mirror .
Very friendly service excellent parking hotel very clean very impressed with the decor . The breakfast was nice plenty of choices .we tried the bollywood restaurant was lovely . Would definitely go back .
Our room didnt have much of a view glad it was for one night .the bed was bit uncomfortable but was clean . Wouldnt stop in room 330 again tho .
The hotel facilities, I like the fact that there are loads of places to just sit and talk, look out of the windows at the view or read a book - some hotels feel more like bed and breakfasts. The inclusive breakfast is always superbly fresh and hot, there are several staff on hand in case you want fried or poached eggs, tea and coffee etc. The hotel puts on entertainment during the evenings, has two internal restaurants (one English and one Indian), so really - its a bit of a one stop shop!
Situated within walking distance of all attractions. Choice of restaurants including Indian which is excellent. Reasonably priced barsnacks and drinks.
Some repainting and carpets need replacing. Also a check should be made to ensure tv, showers, baths etc in good working order before next resident.
the breakfast was good help yourself
got there at 10-15 am had to wait till 3-15 pm for the keys for the rooms and then they put us close to the function room below us where they had a rave on this last till 12-30am it was a nightmare we could not get to sleep till 1am.Had to use the toilet downstairs the one in my room did not flush.the staff service was poor if you if you complain about something they keep there distance from you. they did not change the sheets for the beds we was there for 1 week inside, ground floor looks great, upstairs the bedrooms forty's and fifths look.
Great location, comfortable room, nice breakfast etc.
Good decor Exelant location Good breakfast Friendly staff
Shower tray in on suite looked very tired
Lovely drive into the hotel & reception area. Indian restaurant was lovely
Bathroom needed abit more attention paid to it, cleanliness wise
Adequate free parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Surprisingly quiet for the centre of Skegness.
A generously sized double, but that bed was just too hard and uncomfortable for a good night's sleep!!
