the hotel staff were very friendly and helpfull
water in the room not very hot .
Staff very helpful and friendly. Sorted us out with another room when the toilet in our room broke. No problems at all. Would stay there again.
Dirty room was given three different rooms all had a problems with them two single beds pushed together as double u pay for double u expect a double bed wardrobes etc dirty door didn't lock when going out told reception numerous old burn marks on window seal old had to boil kettle on floor as didn't have anywhere to put radiator on wall in weird position and didn't even work booked in bistro too two hours in there as took too long to prepare
The restaurant food was exceptional and breakfast was wonderful
No suitable chairs to relax on. Tv in wrong position uncomfortable to watch . No where to put soap or sponges when having a shower .and shower room very cold .
Rooms where nice location nice staff excelent food was very good price a value very good
Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Good facilities.
length of walk to room from reception area - but nothing can be done about that -next visit I will ask for room closer - older visitor with walking difficulties.
Breakfast was excellent with brilliant poached eggs. All reception staff were 5 star.
Quality of decoration and maintenance within the bedroom 315. Within breakfast there were no morning rolls and only 2 jams/marmalade were available. All radiators in the bedroom and corridors were only warm and the bedroom could have been warmer.
every thing it is so well situated what ever you wanted to do
nothing we could not fault it
The hotel is well situated with pleasant and extensive public rooms. The restaurant food and service was good. It was warm
The room, supposedly superior, had very thin walls so that conversations in the neighbouring room could be heard easily. The bed was hard rather than firm. The en-suite was basic and cleanliness was patchy eg mould on the shower mat.
Locality and indian restaurant in hotel
Room was excellent .Staff friendly and helpful.Breakfast plenty of choice.Evening meal good value.
No entertainment on Saturday night made it very quiet in bar.
Second time here and everything was excellent, car parking, room, staff, breakfast. Only complaint was no WiFi but could live without it for one night
Bar and hotel areas good Good breakfast
Bedroom a little dated but remained value for money
The staff were very friendly and helpful from the time you walked into the building. It would have been nice to have had a double bed rather than two beds put together. The food was of a high standard.
The only thing we could say that put a sour note on the stay, was that on leaving the building on our departure we both fell over on the black ice!!.
staff, customer service, Food
No hair dryer in rooms Attention to detail regarding maintenance of shower
Staff were helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable with tea and coffe facilities. Hotel is a lovely building which is well maintained and in a fabulous location for a visit to Skegness. The food in the English and the Indian restaurant within the hotel was excellent and good value for money.
Nothing to dislike
Single room very small. Room cold.

Wi fi not very good in rooms
Nice hotel, loads of parking, easy access into hotel,WiFi excellent, dining area very good and friendly.value for money.
To far for OAPs to walk both ways into Skegness shopping area, A high back chair in room would be much better than the stool provided.
Lovely hotel, staff was very professional, food was average, but would go back again,
My husband and I had to have our meals separately because of the pup's :-(
Location to town centre was good.
The bedrooms need to be redecorated. The bathroom is the smallest I have ever been in. Poor shower/bath and not enough room in the bathroom..
Shower could of been warmer
Breakfast was lovely
Bathroom was cold
I found the staff excellent very jolly and extremely helpful.
The breakfast is top notch! Loads of choice, nice and hot. Restaurant and staff excellent Lovely king size bed. Great quiet location..
