Everything! The hotel has an old world charm, the room was very comfortable & breakfast was excellent.
Lovely bar area and great restaurants !!!
The friendly staff. and the location was handy for all the attractions. Was quiet at night aswell.
Was suppose to have sea view room but didn't. Room was cold and drafty. Bed was hard. Couldn't get anything to eat after restaurant had shut.
Food was good.
Ground Floor Room was Excellent with 32 inch LG t.v inc Full Freeview, Tea & Coffee with decent sized mugs. Excellent Large Room.
Wasn't anything really bad but we thought it was a King size bed....But it was two Singles put together lol. Would be ideal if the hotel catered for folk with Caeliac (GLUTEN FREE) products. :)
Staff was friendly and meals was lovely.
The room was very cold and smelly and the bathroom was that small, u couldn't move.
Position of hotel. General ambience. Service.
restaurant attached to hotel a real bonus
room was really cold
I loved both meals that I had. One Indian and the other risotto. I felt comfortable eating on my own and all the staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful.
The only thing I disliked was that the bed was very hard.
The room was spacious and clean with a lovely big bed. The hotel has an interesting history with links to the RAF. The wifi worked throughout the hotel. The breakfast buffet was very nice. It was only a ten-minute walk from the Clock Tower in the centre.
We liked the cooked breakfast in the morning. The Indian restaurant we liked too.m
The hotel was brilliant staff helpful couldn't moan about anything going to visit agian
Room very clean and recently refurbished
That, the hotel advertises pet friendly, there was only a conservatory which is the door everyone goes out to smoke so the tiny conservatory STUNK of stale cigarettes, and I would not have entertained eating in there. Usually the BAR is offered to us to eat in but that to was a no no.!! We have a small Shih-Tzu and he usually just sits under the table when on holiday, very quietly. Very disappointed. we were told we could have an Indian takeaway and eat in our room, plates would be provided..... but our room did not have a table, so we would have had to sit on the BED, to eat our meal.... very disappointed, would not visit that hotel again.
Whole ethos of the hotel staff and food of a high quality and total value for money. Excellent Thank you for a wonderful stay
Nothing Thought it was a very welcoming hotel
The public areas are impressive. Breakfast very good. Evening meal also very good. Value for money. Room clean but could do with modernising. Staff friendly and attentive.
Had an issue with dirty cups not being replaced.
We had a lovely room with a sea view and a fantastic meal in the hotel bistro.
The bed was uncomfortable and the hot water was only warm.
Food reasonably priced
Quality of food on Valentine's dinner menu was fantastic, breakfast also excellent
Staff indifferent room cold with no heating available in bathroom.
Breakfast was good
Room Tiny no chairs just enough room for bed and wardrobe bathroom also a squeeze English restaurant closed had to eat in the Indian and tried to overcharge food quality not good
