The Hotel was very run down and tired looking. The shower in our room was a nightmare to use. I felt that as we were such a long way from the ground floor with these long corridors to rooms I felt very vunerable.

The variety of rooms to relax in, the spacious feel of the premises, the outside space was fantastic, and in the evening we found the conservatory was the ideal space for having a private conversation whilst enjoying a drink from the bar. We found the bathroom/ toilet was very small and the design made it difficult to access the actual loo. The shower cubicle was functional but again too small. This is in relation to the specific room we stayed in and may not reflect other rooms.

the hotel was very nice the room we had was very nice but the bed was very uncomfortable.the places to eat in the hotel are very good value for money although we booked a time to eat they were very late getting us to our table and they messed up the order.and there was not much in the way of an apology.but this would not stop us using the hotel again

A very nice hotel in a relaxed position close to the beach . Superb restaurant ! Only complaint would be the high price of bar drinks for the size of the hotel.

The bed was rock hard. The fittings in bathroom were broken. The room looked good but the bed spoilt the stay. The door to the coridoor let every sound from people walking by. Disappointed with the hotel overall

The central location The fact that I have been before and the staff seem to have got less and we had a generator outside our bedroom window that ran 24 hours a day very noisy and that certain restaurants where closed with no signs to say this and I ordered a sandwich that seem to take some 40 minutes to arrive and the attitude of some staff you could see that they where under pressure due to a lack of staff but this is no excuse to take this out on the guest as its these people that keep them in business all in all I would say on this occasion not a very good experience we also departed 1 day earlier than planned

It was centrally located and the parking was ftree. Lifts available for folks with limited mobility and easy access to all areas of the hotel. The garden was spacious and I would guess ,pretty in the summer months. Staff were friendly and helpful especially the housekeeping staff. We had requested 2rooms as near together as possible due to one of our party needing some assistance at times due to limited mobility but were disapointed that it didnt happen even though we booked weeks in advance and followed the booking up with a telephone call directly to the hotel for confimation that it would be possible.Front parking area with huge bins very unsightly.Limited menu in Viceroy restaurant.

I'm a 'normal' size man. The bed was child size, and the shower roof was below my head height so I couldn't stand up.
