Fenster konnte nicht geschlossen werden --> kalt! Dusche wurde plötzlich kalt oder heiss Wasserhahn nur entweder kaltes oder sehr heisses Wasser

Lage, Strasse.

Kein Lift, extrem schale Treppe, sehr kleine Zimmer, schlechte Betten, bescheidenes Frühstücksbuffet. man wollte mir zuerst eine Kreditkartengebühr anrechnen.

location and price. cheap and cheerful and ideal for a weekend lads break to blackpool!

the bed was a bouncy castle on wheels! after a few drinks you dont really notice when you return from the night out.

Close to town centre nightlife

Not clean at all showers were filthy bedrooms were not clean there was food on the floor and old false eyelashes and underneath the beds looked like they haven't been cleaned for months this is one hotel I will not be returning to !

big bar and open late staff friendly good size room,and clean long mirror which is good for ladies on girls weekend,

no parking but thers a few around after a five minute walk.it is continetal breakfast but you can pay three pounds for full english doesnt say on site it just says breakfast included

It is a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. It is the best hotel that I have stayed in, in Blackpool and this is the hotel I will be going straight to in the future. Brilliant friendly helpful staff!!

Good location to seafront & town shopping centre. Only 15 mins walk to central train station. Clean towels.Hot shower.

I didn't really like anything about the hotel.

The window in my room was broken and didn't shut so had a terrible draft. No plugs in my room worked so had no access to any electrical appliances. My room floor was damp and had a funny smell. The beds were not made when I first stayed in. I had to do it myself. All in all I thought the place was awful and If I had the choice for a refund I would gladly take it any day!

Great location friendly staff good bar continental breakfast was ample plus you could have a full English for only £3

Decor could do with a bit of a revamp and our room was very small with the bathroom door banging on a bedside cabinet everytime it was opened and the wardrobe was awkward to reach should really be a single room

The hotel was dirty, there were hen and stag parties all weekend and the beds were uncomfortable. We have to check out two nights early and transfer to another hotel

Very run down dirty hotel, checked into a dirty room then the next room was cleaned but not to a standard I would expect in any hotel, small triple room, staff lacked interested and customer service skills very poor'

The room was spacious and clean, ok basic but for 17.50 what do you expect! The staff were friendly and they had a great bar area. The bathroom was really clean and the hotel was a very good size and close to the town centre. Any noise was dealt with quickly very well managed hotel. Best I have stayed at in Blackpool.

I thought it was slightly strange about leaving your key each time that you go out of reception, I think they should look into having two keys for security reasons as I didnt feel comfortable with this at all. Also I didnt like how they didnt tell us why they took our identification and this should be clearly explained. Overall I would stay again though.

The staff were really friendly and the bar was a good size with extremely reasonable prices on the whole we got what we paid for.

It was extremely cold throughout the hotel, once radiator was turned up it did take a while to heat the small room but once heated it was a more comfortable stay.
