Unwelcoming bar man, stairs.. Having to give your room key in every time you went out and waiting for ages to get it back on your return.
the location was ideal for the tower
the hotel was badly run down and in poor condition
Cost was great. Get what you pay for
No car parking near. Cheap hotel at cheap prices. Clean but basic
Location, warmth, breakfast though basic was 'all you can eat', clean towels daily, bar area, friendly staff
the furniture could use a little repair, and the room a little uptodating
the beds are clean and comfy its ok for a cheap night to drop your bags and get your head down for the night after been out on the town
they took themoney before booking and we wasnt allowed to cancel our second room the heating didnt work in the rooms
It's a really good family hotel I would definitely go back there again
Just had a little misunderstanding with the lady at the reception which it made me question their loyality. But was fine
We were all put in rooms miles from each other our door handle was hanging of the sink was moving TV with no remote then our friends room the toilet was blocked the shower was dirty then on the way in I fell over because the mat moved under my feet and I went down as the floor was soaking wet
we liked everything
The hotel is value for money. No issues at all during our stay and staff were helpful. It's not the ritz but I have stayed in a lot worse places in blackpool.
No complaints at all.
Everything bathroom wasn't clean
Location, room with bathroom, breakfast good
Having to give keys to reception on going out...meant having to rush back from club , no bedside lamp, no carpet in rooms so felt cold
position of hotel allocated a quiet family room on family side of hotel cheap continental breakfast good for money room pleasant and warm staff available all time if needed
parking problems (as is the case tower side of Blackpool generally)
Good rooms, good brakefast. There is a small bar on site so nice to have a night cap before bed. We always stay here when traveling to blackpool.
the staff were very helpfull
the breakfast did not have much choice
Decent location close to everything
The room was clean and bed was really comfy, tv worked fine and there was plenty of hot water. The room was nice and warm after going out in the cold. Plenty of storage for clothes. Location really close to the shops and most attractions.
Didnt see many staff about after check-in. Continental breakfast was ok but milk tasted off. No toilet roll holder in the bathroom and bedside tables would have helped.
The room was too small. The bathroom was too small. The tv was temperamental. Not enough plug sickets. The window was broke
Very basic but for the price I paid it's what I expected , staff were really nice and we were left to enjoy the facilities of the hotel lounge and games room .
Just wish the bar was open all night , we came back at 3.15 a.m and was refused an alcoholic drink but the staff were still working
Great location, excellent staff, bar/games area well maintained. Spotless room with clean, fresh bedding & towels. Extra towels available on request. Would consider staying here again on future visits.
TV didn't work in room, was told that half the rooms have been upgraded unfortunately ours hadn't been yet but was resolved by a staff member. "hole" in bathroom floor which was covered by the lino but wasn't a major issue.
Would not rate this hotel it was discussing Clent inessential was poor and up 4 flights of steps with a bad back was redicilouse...I wudnt sleep animals in there never mind my self I ended up booking a bother hotel to stay in coz I deffinatly wasn't staying there
Same as above...abseil outlying discusting
Everything rooms in poor state of repairs .tv ancient, tea and coffee facilities tacky.beds uncomfortable rickety stairs breakfast facilities very like hostel living in fact I would pitch a tent on the beach before I would stay here again
Location . price. Clean.
TV didn't work
Hotel staff very friendly and helpful.fairly clean room
Room had stained mattresses and extremely basic.booked hotel on spur off moment and next time I'd choose more carefully.not a place for children and would not come again
value for money
Location spot on just a walk down the road is coral island amusements and straight on to the strip, couldn't fit cot bed into the room we were first allocated even though we booked for a room with cot bed, but was very helpful and moved us into a very spacious room! Good value for money
Only slight criticism, the lady working asked staff to put cot bed in our room, we went out came back (luckily just before the lady went home) and they hadn't done it, she very quickly sorted it though, continental breakfast was just cereals, egg and toast so very basic wouldn't say continental but still nice enough
