The staff were attentive and the room decor was simple but stylish , all the public rooms we used ie dining room and bar were again, simply styled in a modern idiom with plenty of comfortable armchairs. 1. Lack of Parking spaces. 2. Soundproofing between rooms, we were in 16 and the high level of music and girl power emanating from room 17 was OTT but fortunately at midnight just when we were about to ring management the noise ceased. |

The breakfast was great, fresh fruit to eggs benedict. Quiet location but just 10 mins walk to centre. After a 27hr flight we checked in 6 hours before the normal check in time....really appreciated that! |

Friendly, efficient staff in reception and breakfast room. Excellent full English breakfast. Quiet location. We had a ground floor room. It was good to have parking facilities. Nothing to complain about. |

The Hotel was really clean and had a good location. The hotel was perfect apart from the beds which were hard and very uncomfortable, this would unfortunately put me off from booking again, which is a shame as we loved everything else about the hotel. |

Very convenient location for centre of Windsor (5 min stroll). Booking stated 'small' double room and it was, that being said it was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Parking at hotel very restricted (about 15 spaces). We were directed to a car park a short walk away - Cheaper than NCP. |

We liked the friendliness of the staff, the relaxed yet efficient atmosphere, the location(we could walk everywhere), the great breakfast. The room was too warm for us (end of Nov) but we turned on the airconditioning and then we could sleep. We consider this a minor issue. |

The Royal Adelaide is a friendly, comfortable hotel, well kept, in a convenient and historic location. Only a short train journey in to London. Parking can be difficult, as the hotel's car park is quite small (although we did manage to get a parking place in the hotel car park for the whole of our stay). |

Staff very helpful, breakfast very good with lots of variety, location good 15 min walk to town centre. Rooms immaculate but very small, we booked a small double for our 2 teenage boys and it was only like a single room. Booking over the internet did not let us choose twin rooms which were available at the time of booking when we talked to the hotel staff. |

The room was clean and comfortable and hotel convenient to visiting Windsor Castle. This hotel had the best English breakfast that we had on our trip. Our room did not have a shower stall, just a shower curtain to separate the shower spray from the rest of the bathroom. Could have used a large squeegee to push the water toward the drain in the floor. |
