Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful.

Small problems of organisation especially in the breakfast room for the wedding party where condiments were missing or too late and hot water and toast ran out too quickly. These would be easy to sort out, suspect not enough staff. Car parking a bit of a nightmare but unavoidable due to location. Hum of extractor fan on roof outside small double on first floor (Room 20) disturbing during night.

It was very well situated and the staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful. We were meeting another local friend and she was allowed to park in the car park whilst she joined our group for dinner.

The hotel is a short walk from the Town centre so is in a good location, quiet area if you want a good nights sleep but still want to be close to everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms are to a good standard with all the facilities that you may need. They do a mean breakfast too!!!!

Very long walk to the room.

My room was located right above the car park. In the middle of the night I was woken up by the noise created by some one bringing in supplies.

It was friendly welcoming and comfortable.

I felt I was being put through the process of paying 3 times, once on line when I booked, once again when I arrived when my ability to pay seemed to be questioned, then finally for real when I left. I'd not been through these processes before in over 50 years of hotels and travelling and found it unnerving.

Bathrooms are very small, especially for taller people. Lack of a lift should be a consideration if one has heavy or plenty of luggage. Stairs in corridors and to hotel entrance not suited to elderly or disabled travellers.

The location was within walking distance to the Windsor/Eaton area, which was a huge bonus for us. The staff was exceptional. The room was clean, but small and a bit tight with luggage. Parking was available for a nominal fee, but was difficult to get in/out of.

The room was a bit small and the facilities were limited for the price paid. Also, the parking area was so small, it was really a hassle to get the car in and out of.
