It was Comfortable, Clean, Friendly, A Good Location and Value for Money
Proximity to castle and Long Walk (10 mins walk to castle and 2 mins walk into Long Walk) Quiet location in terms of traffic Parking on site option Breakfast included Staff were helpful in everything Good sized room #12 Air conditioning Good sized bed
Saggy, Uncomfortable noisy bed Bath - bathroom design is dangerous and needs serious attention. Almost impossible to get safely round the pedestal to step into bath or shower. Bath - 2 bolt heads are on the inner face of the bath and could cause an injury. Bath needs replacing properly and immediately. Shower pressure ok for an upstairs room but not great.
The superior room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. The breakfast was the best scrambled egg I have ever tasted.
Staff very friendly good price for area
price of drinks
The approachability of the staff and the level of comfort.
Only one little thing - asked for the egg to be well cooked but it was runny!
Clean. Air conditioning. Good bedding. Big towels. Iron in room.
Member of staff who delivered room service made me feel very uncomfortable / was creepy (Joe? Jack?). Room was very hot and small. Breakfast poor. Room service not quite as menu described and expensive for what it was. Not a bedside plug.
Everything was PERFECT
Good position, reasonable price with breakfast.
Parking very expensive, bed was uncomfortable ( springs sticking in your back), dusty surfaces.
Hearing running water in the walls.
Convenient walking distance to centre of Windsor.
Room was cramped Staff not very welcoming at front desk.
Location, breakfast , staff
Bathroom small in room 12
They got my breakfast order wrong twice the room was so incredibly small there was no lift and the staff didn't help with luggage or baby just watched me struggling
Very good room, nice and clean. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Location good. Considering it's Windsor, and at the weekend, very reasonable price.
Staff were ver friendly and helpful and breakfast was nice.
The room was boiling! Air conditioning noisy - duct tape on electric sockets, battered light shade. The gap under the door was wide enough to light up the room during the night. Not happy with the comfort of the bed.
Bathroom needs a facelift Kettle poor/ lot of limescale
air con, showers
it was all fine - nothing amazing, but perfectly pleasant
poor waitresses were snowed under at breakfast too much pressure on them
The breakfasts were great. Lots of choices and included in the price.
My single room was comfortable with everything I needed but a little on the small size. Would not suit tall or larger person.
Location of hotel and breakfast waiting staff who were trying their best
Dirty room, no lifts, fire doors propped open, noisy plumbing and 40 minute wait for cold breakfast
Room decor good Breakfast good Staff friendly Wifi free Nice location Public areas good
Parking very small spaces No cash point nearby or in hotel
Fantastic location opposite the great park. Nice clean rooms. Great choice for breakfast.
Ground floor rooms too close to reception and kitchen. Noise of staff at reception talking kept us awake all night. Avoid a ground floor room!!! £5.00 tray charge for breakfast in your room.
We were only in Windsor for one night but it happened to be the welcome home parade for the Coldstream Guards & changing of the Castle Guards. The hotel was situated on the Long Walk up to the Castle. Secure parking was a bonus. Staff at reception were very efficient and helpful.
Breakfast was chaotic with not enough staff. We waited 45 minutes for our breakfast and had to keep asking for things like milk & butter. The shower over the bath was unsafe and requires more non slip spots.
nearness to centre and castle quiet location, breakfast , option of leaving luguage
size of the room and bed, it looked like a singe room to us. cleaning could have been better this could be a lovely hotel if there is a bit more attention to detail.
Location to all Windsor was excellent (Victoria barracks for us). Staff very helpful but there wasn't enough of them, they seemed very over worked an rushed
Parking very tight an limited (£15). Breakfast was minimal for £14.95 an juice, croissants an pastries ran out very quick. Bathroom was tiny an very awkward in/out bath. We stayed in room 17
