The comfortable bed and the sheets, very convenient for the town centre No information re time of breakfast or where,when checking in, or any information in room as to facilities. After coming in after evening out at 11:30pm bar closed therefore unable to have "nightcap" No hot water in morning therefore unable to shower or bath, when mentioned to reception, they did not seem that bothered. At breakfast, even the toast was cold when placed on table. |

Omar - only good thing very helpful chap lovely guy - he should be fast tracked to management as would do very well in a senior role... The hotel room was a nightmare we refused to pay for our room no heating what so ever the radiator wasnt working and this was in december and brown water from the bath and sink it was a nightmare they were full so couldn't move us we left as soon as we could as freezing cold and a total mare |

The view I have sent a 3 page letter of complaint to this group.The room was wet by the window,damp throughout,food was poor,restaurant was poor,service was poor.I have stayed in a number of hotels varying from the very good to the appalling.This hotel does not even meet the lowest criteria by which I measure a hotel |

The staffwere helpful, and an improvement on our last stay. We stay at the Royal Bath twice a year The gourmet menu, which we did not use because of this fact, did not offer an outstanding choice. |

The room was a nice size and situated in a nice part of the Hotel on the ground floor. The breakfast was excellent and good value for money. The first night we stayed there was no heating, when I asked reception for a heater they couldn't supply one as the housekeeper had gone home with the key to the store cupboard. So very cold in our room which was disappointing and took the shine off the stay as we had brought Mum & Dad for their Anniversary. Then the same morning at 5.00am the Fire alarm went off and woke everyone. We asked reception what was the problem and they just replied a technical fault. |

Location was ideal for shops and centre of Bournemouth. Got a great deal through Booking.com but wouldn't have been happy with the hotel if I had paid full price. We arrived on Sunday evening and left on Tuesday morning and intended to chill out in the hotels pool and jakuzzi on the Monday. To our disapointment the pool and jakuzzi were closed on the Monday due to repairs. We were disapointed that we hadn't been informed of this at check in or indeed before so that we could have booked into another hotel with leisure facilities (the only purpose of our visit). We also asked to upgrade our room on arrival to a deluxe room - I wouldn't have liked to see the standard room if that was deluxe. The place looks tired, the breakfast poor. |

Worked at this hotel 35 years ago when it was a five star hotel. It has had to adapt to the times but is still a jolly good venue. We had an upgrade and so our room was spacious and a great sea view. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff were great, thankyou. The food never did meet the five star reputation of old and, during our two day stay, the breakfasts could have been warmer, but there was plenty. The toast had been sitting in the kitchen for a while to get nicely soggy! However, the coffee was acceptable. |

we orginally booked a deluxe suite on line when we arrived we were put in a standard room , Only after much complaining we got moved after being told there was not any more rooms available this ruined our stay and aniversery as the room wasnt up to standard |

I liked the extra large bed, the large fluffy bath towels and sea view for which we paid extra, The location was good. Near to cinema, shops and 10 mins from BIC. Good value for money as we had an Autumn deal. The breakfast was very disappointing. Not very hot except for the baked beans. Not enough fruit choice. Staff a little slow in bringing out tea and toast. |

The sea-view was stunning. We enjoyed breakfast in the Garden Room and had a lovely swim in the pool. The staff were brilliant and not at all snooty.. Our heating did not work but the staff quickly brought a heater. |

The staff were excellent and v.friendly, the pool was excellent and its location and pool area ie seating/eating/ decking area outside were fantastic. The staff were also excellent On checking in we were asked if we would like to upgrade our room, in this instance we chose not to and were allocated a very adequate room, but the window overlooked possibly the worst view ever ie various roofs at the back of the hotel and which was littered with old hotel furniture, the hotel didn't seem that full to us and they could have done better. Also there is a huge bar area at the entrance which was cold and unwelcoming and seemed to close early evening then everyone had to squeeze into a smaller bar area along the corridor. |
