The lunch in Oscars was first class. Good atmosphere in hotel. Large bedroom Our room (228): rather shabby, no bedspreads; no top sheet, only duvet; noisy; decor - unattractive yellow striped wallpaper; all in all, definitely not up to standard. On departure at around 10.30 am on the Sunday, we waited 23 minutes for our car. |

we stayed in room 59 .which was nice but we would have liked a better view instead of the roof of the garden restaurant but apart from that the hotel was beauiful and the garden gorgeous. |

Convenient for the Town Centre & easy access to the beech, best of all the weather saved the week-end stay Service for a 4 star rating was well below expectations with a constant reminder evident that a lot of maintenance work is required throughout the Hotel |

Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I though the hotel was very relaxed though perhaps in need of a refurb as did look a little tired in places. The fact that I wasn't told that it would cost £20 to hire a travel cot for two days as if I had know I would have brought mine from home. |

Excellent location just next to the beach and Pier. Staff very fiendly in the Lounge/Bar area - even got free puddings! Swimming pool and facilities excellent. Arrived at 3pm and had to wait nearly an hour until our rooom was ready. If they say check in is from 3pm then rooms should be ready by 3pm! |

The rooms were lovely and very central to bournemouth town The breakfast was horrible. I had poached eggs, which were nice, but my partner had a full english breakfast and it was burnt on top and looked as though it had been sitting under the heated light for a long time. |

Attended a conference ,so was a good base and only ,5mins walking.to conference centre .large rooms and pleanty of hanging space for for my clothes.loved the size of the bath and alway pleanty of hoy water. the key system never worked, had to get assistence every time i accessed my room, parking £15 extra on top and had to wait 10 mins average time for them to get my car ,rooms i had was large but definately now need to be up dated and carpets changed. breakfast staff ,never offered tea had to remind them twice!,so staff matter1 |
