I liked the extra large bed, the large fluffy bath towels and sea view for which we paid extra, The location was good. Near to cinema, shops and 10 mins from BIC. Good value for money as we had an Autumn deal. The breakfast was very disappointing. Not very hot except for the baked beans. Not enough fruit choice. Staff a little slow in bringing out tea and toast. |

The sea-view was stunning. We enjoyed breakfast in the Garden Room and had a lovely swim in the pool. The staff were brilliant and not at all snooty.. Our heating did not work but the staff quickly brought a heater. |

The staff were excellent and v.friendly, the pool was excellent and its location and pool area ie seating/eating/ decking area outside were fantastic. The staff were also excellent On checking in we were asked if we would like to upgrade our room, in this instance we chose not to and were allocated a very adequate room, but the window overlooked possibly the worst view ever ie various roofs at the back of the hotel and which was littered with old hotel furniture, the hotel didn't seem that full to us and they could have done better. Also there is a huge bar area at the entrance which was cold and unwelcoming and seemed to close early evening then everyone had to squeeze into a smaller bar area along the corridor. |

gourmet food - excellent for entertaining. bar staff poor -should be trained better at this class of hotel. Specific example: asking for a whisky soda or gin & tonic - the mixer should come separately or be poured in front of the customer. Ice should not be added without being asked for, Having said that, the staff were all very friendly and just apeared to lack such basic knowledge |

We had a discount deal which made it good value, large room good facilities and the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was buffet which was fine for the discounted deal, but if I had been paying the full price, which was 2 and half times the discount price, it was a little cold and I would have expected a better quality of food. Reviews did say it decor was tired which did show. |

Convenience to town and seafront. The car parking arrangements need to be improved.Long waits for your car in busy periods whilst concierge find and deliver your vehicle. Also the position of our room overlooking a main road roundabout prevented any chance of a good nights sleep. |

Nice well presented hotel, staff very helpful and facilities good. Car park fee rather high. Our room was in need of redecoration, wallpaper stained and wall damaged. |

we enjoyed the spa and pool, the proximity of the beach and town, and the incredible breakfast the car parking was too expensive, both at the hotel and public car parks close by |

Friendly and attentive staff. A relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel helped us enjoy our stay. Steam room out of action during our entire visit. Several lockers were faulty in male changing room. Female changing room cold. |
