The staff were lovely.
Couldn't even use spa facilities as the close at 5pm
Location was great, grounds were beautiful, room was lovely.
My wake up call was not done, and when I went to check out, I was asked for payment. Thank goodness I kept my receipt from when I paid upon check in!!
Great location Good quality accommodation Excellent facilties Value for money
Noisey delivery drivers in the early morning Not enough trained bar staff Needs more options for breakfast e.g. fresh fruit & yoghurt
the breakfast was excellent
The bedroom needs refurbishing. It was a long way from the lift. It was extremely noisy from 6 am The bed was small by todays standards
Rooms, no window, ventilation, air conditioning, uncomfortable beds, run down hotel and poor value for money.
Perfect location for beach and town centre.
Parking is a problem.
The lovely big room with a king size bed which was extremely comfortable. Clean towels every day, the tea and coffe tray replenished everyday. And also the amazing sea view from our room
We did not like no tablecloths on tables, tea and coffee served in thermos jugs we like weakish tea , but in all fairness when we asked for for a fresh teapot we were supplied with a a teapot and tea bags.
The location is perfect and view from our room beautiful 261 room. Lovely building. We have stayed before and also our daughter in law we treated to a stay in march but she thankfully did not have to pay to swim or we would have found our treat to her very embarrasing.
We have never ever been in a hotel with a Pool and had to pay for use of the Pool! We were quite disgusted at this and would not pay purely as a matter of principal. We were in an expensive room with no robes no use of pool . a lovely room but with a bathroom which very much required new flooring (tiles coming off floor) stained brown at both ends of radiator. Lavatory seat hinge broken. Window not being able to be opened. No attachment on sink plug . Nowhere to put soap when showering. Sides of mirror on woodwork very dusty . Quite shabby. We would usually use a swimming pool and was the reason for choosing the hotel but not PAY!!
Rooms, staff, would not recommend.
I like where it locates..
Very rude staffs.. Its just about ur money, basically if u wanna breath, pay for it first!
location. room size. value of fixed price evening meal. garden.
price of alcoholic drinks was expensive. waiting for some food items to be re-stocked at the buffet during meal times.
Breakfast was great, views from sea view room were great
Having to use stairs. Hotel does not have full lift access
Location. Room was clean.
Had to wait at reception Had to pay extra for leisure area Lockers didn't seem work in the leisure area Sauna out of order. When we arrived in our room, cleaning was still in progress. Housekeeping entered our room while we were there. TV didn't work. Reception unable to get technician to solve problem Kettle didn't work without holding the lid down manually. Signage to rooms very confusing
Buffet good value
1. Queues caused by lack of staff. 2. Unusually, full payment was required upfront - why ? 3. 35 minutes wait for car collection on one occasion. 4. Totally inadequate car parking on site.

Overnight aar parking at GBP20 is high, but there are alternatives like NCP within walking distance
good location. clean room breakfast friendly and helpfl night staff
lack of parking at the hotel very dated
Evening dinner was good value
Small room with only a double bed not advise when booked, issue with TV not resolved. These must be for internet bookings!
Location, facilities, history of bulding
Room decor a bit dated, some staff not particularly friendly, food quality not great but on the whole value for money
very close to everything.
"Upgraded" to a room with Windows (didn't even know you could get hotel rooms without windows). Indeed, there were 2 Windows. One was cracked across the full length of the Window. Both were frosted glass, so you couldn't see a thing outside. Which was lucky, as our room was above the bins.
staff customer care
tiny, very noisy single room room 80
