Der var døgn reception, det var det eneste som levede op til det der var omtalt. Meget slidt og dårligt fungerende hotel. Personalet var fløjtende ligeglade med os gæster... det virkede som en joke af "halløj på badehotellet" Morgenmaden var under al kritik Renovering af værelserne er hårdt tiltrængt. En fordedring af morgenmaden. Der var opført der var Bar og Lounge, der var ingen af delene... Smadder ærgeligt da hotellet har en perfekt beliggenhed. |

The hotel is handily situated for Paddington Station and easy commuting into the city centre. Of the 4 Lights in the room only 1 worked, the TV reception/signal was appalling and the 'continental breakfast' was very poor. The hotel is looking quite shabby and needs a good clean. |

We found the hotel no better than a hostel, probably worse. Dirty, noisy and unfriendly, the advertising was false. We did not dare have the inclusive breakfast! |

the size of the room were given as we were two persons but they gave us for three which was a generous from them and really comfortable, stuff were great, helpful and flixable. Location, is perfect as its near to the underground station and very near to the shopping centre. besides, the breakfasat was over the expected due to the size of the hotel |

They moved us for one night to another hotel because of "maintenance issues". However I say the booking slip for the other hotel and it was booked a week earlier. The rooms were simply double booked |

The amount of humor it added to our trip, and the staff was very polite. We booked a twin room as there were two of us traveling together when we arrived after having called the hotel we were told they had some computer troubles and that resulted in us having the wrong room. The room was very difficult to find as the elevator was broken and the rooms were not in numerical order. once we found our room we descoverd that it was only large enough to hold the one bed and a small desk, the bathroom was a tiny closet. The shower was very mildewed, and the door came of when we were attempting to shower, however the bedclothes were clean. The hotel was pretty shabby and the only redeming qualities were the humor of the situation, and the staff. |

slept because of the lack of facilities the room was very small ,no room to pass one another within this ridiculously tiny space. thje shower room was filthy.the tiles desperately need regrouting or preferably replacing. the room 206 is an absolute disgrace and obviously we complained but with no satisfaction.If you asr serious about monitoring hotels on your books i suggest you inspect this one. springs where also coming up through the bed just to make our stay completely awful |

The location of the hotel was extremeley good and the staff were nice and friendly. The hotel room and ajoining bathroom were not clean. Mould im the bathroom. Bed sheets smelt and the bedside lamp did not work. |

Hotel is located in 5 min walk from Paddington station and I could manage to reach there easily even though I had heavy suitcases. My room was not facing the main road, so it was very quiet. Old, small and dirty building with out-of -work elevator. The corridor and staircases are so narrow and it was difficult to carry suitcases upto 3rd floor. |

the hotel itself was great and very accomodating. the hotel said they had parking but due to their lack of parking i ended up paying fines of £120 and then had to park in an ncp far away and pay for that too. |

walking away from it lobby, staff, broken lift. many corridors and stairs narrow. revolting breakfast, no service, tv with 2 remotes, heating that was off. decor of room. no telephone that worked. tea and coffee... just there to obtain a star... but bare minimum.. powdered dirt for coffee and dandruff for milk. |

The only good thing about this 'hotel' was the receptionist (Mr.Wan) who was competent and very friendly. He should be given some extra payment for absolutely amazing behaviour in that stressful situation. The experience with this hotel was absolutely horrid. On arrival we were informed that the manager of the hotel cancelled our reservation without letting us know whatsoever. Finally they found a room for us-it was in the basement, without any window, next to the staircase thus very noisy and dodgy. The bathroom was dirty and shabby. The lift was extremely slow. |

the location is really stella! just 5minutes to metro, and nearby oxford street! The staff which help us was really helpful! Because of the hotel vacation, they told us no room available without notice and told us to stay the hotel next which looks doggy, it made me angry that they were lack of organisation and management from their manager. However, the staff in the hotel was very helpful which organised again for us and finally we had a room! |

The room was acceptable to sleep in, Not all the lights worked, the tv was in black & white and could not hardly be seen, the hairdryer was broken, the sink was cracked and had no plug and the bath was cracked but the shower was very powerful. The breakfast was non existant unless you only liked cornflakes, orange juice, apple juice and thin white bread and butter. |

Sentral beliggenhet, kort vei til tubestasjon, men også gode restauranter og puber nær hotellet. Komfortable senger, hyggelig betjening. Frokosten kan bli bedre - melk og juice må serveres kald og det bør være tilbud om varm sjokolade til barn. Mer grønnsaker og frukt. |
