La posizione in centro città, la vicinanza alla metropolitana, cortesia e disponibilità dello staff. Carenza di pulizia del bagno (II notte): durante il soggiorno (3 notti) abbiamo cambiato camera 3 volte (una al giorno!). |

La disponibilità dello staff per risolvere i controtempi. Molti gentili. Pulizia! L'ascensore aveva delle macchie nel suo rivestimento interno, come se avesse passato lì un muratore con le mani sporche di cimento. In camera tutto da spolverare. La moquette mai stata pulita con ciuffi di cappelli. I lenzuoli non erano cambiati nemmeno quando siamo arrivati(erano usati, da cambiare). La camera non era quella che avevamo prenotato. Non aveva le caratteristiche trovate nel Booking.Com(vasca da bagno, asciugacapelli, ecc.) Il letto matrimoniale era attaccato alla parete. C'era da pagare + 3% cartacredito. Stavamo per desistere e alla fine ci hanno trasferito sull'altra camera con le caratteristiche che avevamo prenotato, però, la pulizia era decadente. Ah! Se volete soggiornare qui, portate la carta igienica. |

Personale molto disponibile, pulizia impeccabile, ottima posizione (strategica per il centro di Londra e in zona tranquilla), ideale per chi utilizza l'hotel solo per una doccia e per dormire in un comodo letto. |

L'albergo si trova in una zona tranquilla e allo stesso tempo vicina ai mezzi di trasporto (stazione ferroviaria, metro, bus ), negozi, ristoranti, ufficio postale, bancomat.... La colazione lasciava molto a desiderare: per la varietà, la quantità e sopratutto per la qualità: decisamente molto scadente. |

la vicinanza con la stazione della metropolitana e da li passavano due autobus che portavano direttamente in centro appena arrivati ci hanno dato una camera nel sottoscala e il bagno era molto sporco per fortuna abbiamo avuto la possibilità di cambiarla |

The hotel is handily situated for Paddington Station and easy commuting into the city centre. Of the 4 Lights in the room only 1 worked, the TV reception/signal was appalling and the 'continental breakfast' was very poor. The hotel is looking quite shabby and needs a good clean. |

We found the hotel no better than a hostel, probably worse. Dirty, noisy and unfriendly, the advertising was false. We did not dare have the inclusive breakfast! |

the size of the room were given as we were two persons but they gave us for three which was a generous from them and really comfortable, stuff were great, helpful and flixable. Location, is perfect as its near to the underground station and very near to the shopping centre. besides, the breakfasat was over the expected due to the size of the hotel |

They moved us for one night to another hotel because of "maintenance issues". However I say the booking slip for the other hotel and it was booked a week earlier. The rooms were simply double booked |

The amount of humor it added to our trip, and the staff was very polite. We booked a twin room as there were two of us traveling together when we arrived after having called the hotel we were told they had some computer troubles and that resulted in us having the wrong room. The room was very difficult to find as the elevator was broken and the rooms were not in numerical order. once we found our room we descoverd that it was only large enough to hold the one bed and a small desk, the bathroom was a tiny closet. The shower was very mildewed, and the door came of when we were attempting to shower, however the bedclothes were clean. The hotel was pretty shabby and the only redeming qualities were the humor of the situation, and the staff. |

slept because of the lack of facilities the room was very small ,no room to pass one another within this ridiculously tiny space. thje shower room was filthy.the tiles desperately need regrouting or preferably replacing. the room 206 is an absolute disgrace and obviously we complained but with no satisfaction.If you asr serious about monitoring hotels on your books i suggest you inspect this one. springs where also coming up through the bed just to make our stay completely awful |

The location of the hotel was extremeley good and the staff were nice and friendly. The hotel room and ajoining bathroom were not clean. Mould im the bathroom. Bed sheets smelt and the bedside lamp did not work. |

Hotel is located in 5 min walk from Paddington station and I could manage to reach there easily even though I had heavy suitcases. My room was not facing the main road, so it was very quiet. Old, small and dirty building with out-of -work elevator. The corridor and staircases are so narrow and it was difficult to carry suitcases upto 3rd floor. |

the hotel itself was great and very accomodating. the hotel said they had parking but due to their lack of parking i ended up paying fines of £120 and then had to park in an ncp far away and pay for that too. |
