Given the central location of the hotel, I found it surprisingly very quiet and overall a pleasant place to spend a night. |

Heating was not working, no internet connection, only very expensive options, although you won't use it 24h continuously. Poor breakfast. |

Quick easy check in and out. Well appointed clean rooms and for the reduced weekend rate good value. Limited car parking and whole place is ready for redecoration |

We found the hotel far too hot to be able to sleep and the fan provided was too noisy to be able to sleep. We would only consider using this hotel again if there where any cooler rooms. |

lack of parking was an issue. Room was small, very hot, tv was not (and could not be) tuned in. Room was on the 3rd floor up tiny staircase. Very poor value for money. |

Comfortable room, good bathroom, welcome "extra bits" - tea and coffee, iron, ironing board and hairdryer (if I had needed them) Good breakfast. Restaurant available The single room was a reasonable size, but it was a squash to use the chair and desk because of their position close to the wardrobe. Chair OK to sit in, but not comfortable for working at the desk. |

Location, value for money The tap in my bathroom was broken and it made a terrible noise all night long. I reported it to the Receptionist the next morning but she didnt seem interested. |

The room was very well appointed and it was aprreciated to have a iron and ironing board in the room as well as a free bottle of water, that was a very nice touch. It is perhaps a little tired and maybe in need of some sprucing up in the corridors |

The Town Centre location was perfect for my needs. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and pleasant. Car parking facilities were ideal - right behind the hotel and easy to access. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet so I had two good nights' sleep. I also liked the 'quirkiness' of the hotel - lots of corridors and staircases everywhere! I was a bit disappointed that the hotel restaurant served only Indian cuisine - I would have preferred a more varied menu. However, there was no shortage of good restaurants close by. |

The hotel is well located in the downtown area and is very convenient. I did not like the fact that you had to use the stairs to get to rooms above the ground level. It is inconvenient if you carry luggage. The front desk was helpful though in offering assistance. |

Pleasant hotel staff, nothing seemed too much trouble. The Indian restaurant serves very good food at fair prices. Very poor lighting in bathroom, making it impossible to apply make-up correctly! The breakfast choice was not so great and of course there is the smell of Indian food from evening service. |
