Nous sommes ouverts pour le dîner du lundi au jeudi. C'est un restaurant non-fumeurs, en revanche, il est permis de fumer dans le bar. Le menu met l'accent sur la nourriture anglaise et les ingrédients utilisés proviennent de fermes ou de fournisseurs locaux.
Des mets classiques sont servis dans le coin salon de l'hôtel entre 18h00 et 22h00.

La chambre pour 2 personnes est de bonne dimension, propre et bien équipée (sèche cheveux, propduit de douche...). L'hôtel est très bien situé au centre et proche de la gare. Il y fait calme. Petit déjeuné anglais et contiental excellent.A 30 minutes en train de Londres. Il n'y a pas de porte entre la chambre et la salle de bain (toilette) |

Comfortable bed and clean room. Internet connection constantly failed or cut off. Extremely frustrating! It was so bad that I felt compelled to ask the mgr. to not charge me the full rate. He did grant me that concession, however, it did not fix my problem. I missed some important, timely e-mails because of it. |

comfortable spacious room and everything worked. Excellent value for money Breakfast was poor (vegetarian seemed a problem, tomato hard and dry, toast barely toasted, not enough butter, orange juice was budget) and staff seemed uninterested in their customers |

The location is excellent, close to the main shopping street and the train station. Agreeable quality, clean. My room was next to the huge ventilation pipe which was very noisy. It stopped working after midnight and started again around 6am in the morning. The feeling is like staying close to an aircraft engine. Worth checking with staff before taking the room. The breakfast could have been better. |

Extreamly cold, had to ask twice for towel rail to be put on, it never was, think it didnt work. and once for a extra heater. bathroon to cold to use at all.cost was extortionet,in comparison to a central London hotel we stayed in day after for just £55, which was far warmer cleaner and efficiant. infact it would have paid us to stay in London and then travel to Reading for our business meeting. And that is what our company will do from now on. |

The staff were very unflexible. We tried to change the room to a single a couple of days before and even though they had singles available and we had paid more for a flexible rate, they would not change it. |

Freindly staff that were most helpful. It is in a very good location close to Reading town centre The Bar facilities could have been better and not just part of the on-site Indian Restaurant |

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were well-heated. The breakfast was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small, and looked out onto a main road, so we did hear a lot of noise during the night. |

A better than basic hotel with excellent position and private (free) car park which is a great advantage in Reading! You need to be reasonably fit as there are no lifts to the upper floors - but perhaps this is a good point! |

Only breakfast and hospitality, room was changed from a single to double. Bedroom floors were creaky and the noise level from the street were extremely high (Loss of sleep) Restaurant evening meal was very poor, the butter chicken was dry and I felt that it was baked seperately, then immersed in the sauce. The chicken peices were whole and not chicken breast as accustomed to on many occasions. The service was slow, at one point I had to put the dishes in a pile after waiting for ages to be seen. I noticed that other tables were waiting for long periods of times for their drinks. Not one to gramble but very different to what I have experienced in other Asian restaurants. |

Great rate for hotel that is central (oracle is 200 yards away), parking onsite (which is hard to find on-site in Reading) and a breakfast in the morning (which is normally an extra). Would stay again. Dont expect too much and then you won't be disappointed. |

Location very good handy for Oracle, town centre and railway station, indian food in the restaurant was good I used to stay regular under previous brands/names breakfast was unreliable and proved not to have changed the chef failed to show for breakfast start time. Decoration beyond reception is still the same tired look it had when I last stayed although room had been updated |
