Quality Hotel Reading  

Nous avions besoin d'un hotel au centre de Reading pour rendre visite à notre fille qui y habite. Nous avons aussi profité d'une offre promotionnelle week-end, et honnêtement nous n'avons pas été déçus. L'hotel est à recommander sans problème pour sa situation près des commerces, de la gare et pour son accés à l'aéroport de Heathrow.Nous y avons été trés bien reçus

I loved the fact there was an Indian Restaurant attached to the hotel, and of really high quality. Breakfast was really good too. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Top place!

Comfortable and affordable.

it was a very friendly atmosphere and the staff were so helpful. We were meeting friends in Reading and the location was perfect, once We were able to find the hotel, the 2 one way systems are manic,and very Frustrating visiting for the first time. Would stay there again..

The smell of food from the Indian restaurant is a bit overpowering at times. breakfast was cold..but on asking a member of staff there was no problem to heat It up. Havi g said that it was just an overnight stay and everything else was comfortable And clean.

The location to the Town Centre.

I should have known by the price of the Hotel it would be used by people for stays after clubbing. I was woken on a regular basis throughout the night by people returning to the Hotel and kept awake for an hour and a half from 3am by girls shouting, giggling and being joined by their friends in their room along the corridor from me. The walls are very thin, I could have joined in the conversation from the room next door to me.

Very good value, close to train station and facilities. Staff very helpful - opened breakfast prior to 'proper' opening times on request

Room was boiling and I couldn't open windows, bed a bit small - I think it was queen size or double

no lift,creaking floors,walk to the second floor like climbing everest.

Rooms really too hot. Noisy and staff to concerned with the attached Indian take away. Other than that cheap and cheerful

Location, the room was nicely decorated, good tv, bed + pillows comfortable

Old, dated, needs re-decorating, lot of pipework on display bathroom not attractive, furniture storage in stairwells doesn't look good. An old building should play to it's original features or redecorate with modern clean lines

Location was excellent. Hotel staff were friendly and courteous.

I am afraid I did not enjoy my stay at quality hotel and did not live up to its name. On arrival from watching Reading play football we were looking forward to a nice warm room and bath before going out for the evening. We had to sit in our coats the room was freezing the main radiator giving out little heat and the bathroom one not working at all. We approached reception who gave us a portable heater of which there were many at the bottom of the stairs causing a health and safety hazard needless to say the £55.00 charge was extortionate.
