This hotel was in an exellent location, beside Hyde park and a 15 min walk to oxford street. Although halls could do with refurb, our room was very clean and had everything we needed. We had a one bedroom apartment for 3 adults, 3rd bed was a camp fold up bed, which when put up took the whole living room area up. I think for the price a proper single bed should be provided.

Good location where it was just 5 minute walk from the nearest tube station. It was learned that the room that I had selected was a 'Double/Twin Studio' so I called the accommodation a few days earlier to check on how the rooms will be given. The management stuff told me that it would be better to arrive earlier on the check-in day if I would want to get a Double Studio and as told, I went there 2 hours earlier on the day itself. It was disappointing where I was given an extremely small double room where we could barely even walk around in the room. There was a strange smell in the room and the bed sheet was not very clean. The view from the window was absolutely horrible with poor air ventilation. The worst thing was the room was without a kitchen facility and this basically just ruined the whole purpose of selecting an apartment for my accommodation instead of a hotel. However, the stuff told me that they could accommodate me with breakfasts which I thought it would be alright. But it was a joke, I stayed there for 3 nights and the breakfast time for the 3 days were different. We were only told that it was from 8-10am on the first day but not on the following days which ended up us missing the breakfast for the next two days. All of these had made our stay unpleasant and uncomfortable. I would not recommend other travellers to choose this place as there are plenty of better accommodations available in London for the same price.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The first apartment we were given was quite smelly, however when I spoke to reception about the issue they had no problem offering us an alternative.

The apartment was quite spacious. The staff were pleasant and efficient, and they seemed to care about doing a good job. Although the important bits (bed, bathroom, surfaces) were clean, I think the fact the carpets and curtains were overdue a wash, and the walls were overdue a new coat of paint - this left a worse *impression* than was perhaps deserved.

Very helpful staff who allowed us to leave our bags with them before check in time and after check out time at departure. This allowed us more time wandering around the city. Very close to some excellent restuarants. Excellent location so close to Hyde Park . Easy walk down to Marble Arch and Oxford St. also very close to underground.

Friendly hotel staff There was no wi-fi in the room as promised, only in the lobby. And even there it was very unreliable, mostly a waste of time trying to connect! Elevators are dodgy and carpets in hall look very worn.

Good prices for being in zone 1. In two mins by walk you have Lancaster Tube from which you are able to go everywhere in London. In about 15 mins walk you can get at Buckingham palace. And then at the price of a normal room you have an apartment all for you. A little bit too old (elevator and alleys), floor was pending in some point of the hotel. Furniture Ikea stile.

Good location, close to underground station at Lancaster Gate. Poor condition of room, toilet flush made very loud noice for over 120 seconds, water came on in sharp loud spurts, walls had several cracks, skylight in bathroom was smashed, every floorboard made a noise (level 5), lift was torture and only went to level 4.

We got an upgrade to our initial booking, from a standard double room to a superior room, upon arrival due to renovation works; very lucky! The room (1st floor, lift ok) was in perfect condition, renovated and equiped with everything a small family may need for a week, including kitchen applinces, cuttlery etc. Very warm and quiet, spacious and well furnished. Location is perfect for Hyde Park, Museums, shopping No complaints, taking inot account that we've been missing form the room from 11.00am till 11.00pm.

Great value for money. We stayed in a refurbished appartment with no extra cost. The appartment was clean and the kitchen had all the things you need. Great location for sightseeing and shopping, close to Hyde Park and Oxford Street. Lancaster Gate tube (Central Line) is 3 minutes walk, and Paddington Railway Station and tube7 minutes walk. We had free wi-fi in the lobby, but very poor and fluctuent signal. Even though the booking was made for one bedroom appartment with a room with 1 double bed and one extensible sofa in the living room (that was written on booking.com details of the appartment), our appartment was with 2 single beds in the bedroom and a fold-out bed in the living area. When we asked the hotel personal for explanations and they answered that we had to expressively asked for a double bed. And also said that they don't have extensible sofa's at all. One other problem is that the bathroom was in the bedroom and for the person who sleeps in the living is kind of difficult to access during the night without disturbing the ones who sleep in the bedroom.

Its very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay at the apartment although they need to do something with the lifts! Overall, we were really happy to stay here. Thank you. Lifts too small especially if we have to carry big luggages. And I dont know whats wrong, but the lifts didnt work properly when it stops or moves.

The location is good, just 1 minute walk from underground, and near by hyde park. The room is generally comfortable. The heaters worked very well and the room is warm. I booked room for 3 people, but there were only one big bed and one uncomfortable sofa bed!! We were not willing to share one bed because that not comfortable. So 2 people had to sleep on the floor at chicken room!! The breakfast was very limited. Sometimes, the room was too hot.

The room was clean and had everything that we needed : tv, kitchen utensils, towels etc. Staff were friendly and the hotel was located right beside the tube station and was very easy to find. Hotel was very warm and cosy also. I didn't dislike anything about the hotel. The only thing I would say is that it is a basic hotel, so if you are looking for something "fancy" I'd choose somewhere else. But, it is fantastic for the price.

It's just 100m from the underground station Lancaster gate, a straight line to Liverpool street railway station. Ideally if you travel with train from Harwich.

I liked a lot the size of the room, the kitchen facilities and the 24/7 helpful staff. Moreover, the location is ideal as it is close to two Underground stations with very good connections to anywhere in London. Best value for money anywhere in London. Improvements I would mention are: - WiFi in all rooms is very very important in this day and age and not just in the lounge. - Roofs are a bit creaky and we can hear people walking.

It was fairly cheap, compaired to other options in central London. Close to the underground at Lancaster gate. There's a TV. Checking in and out was quick. Staff is OK though at times a bit strange. It's not dirty, but a bit grimey and sticky. There's wall to wall carpet, which is old and somewhat gross. The bathroom was kind of yuck, but not that bad. I put towels on the floor to stand on. It's a budget hotel and looks that way. From other London hotels' reviews, it appears this one is relatively good for the price.
