the location was excellent, only minutes from the tube station and within walking distance of pubs, cafes and restaurants. the staff were also very friendly and helpful. the rooms were a little shabby, but it is to be expected in this price bracket |

Outstanding value for money in a small but very comfortable apartment with separate bedroom and kitchen / sitting room. Smart new shower room. Grotty hallways but the hotel is clearly in the process of renovating. I will stay again. |

The staff were very helpful and the location is perfect. The unfurbished room was very basic and in need of complete refurbishment. However, it was cheap and ok if you just want a bed for the night., |

Scott the owner was fantastic! Funny, friendly, and helpful. The hotel is clean, well kept, frequently serviced, and the staff is always there to help. None. We will come back. |

Good facilities in the kitchenette. Efficient staff. Great location - 2 blocks from Hyde Park and near Marylebone/Paddington stations. Good for families as cots and linen are provided and there are two separate rooms if you have an apartment. The hotel rooms need updating and decorating - for example, the bathroom needs regrouting and new silicone. |

Staff were excellent - very friendly and welcoming and very helpful with recommendations. The location is excellent. The apartment was excellent value for money. We booked for three adults as advertised on booking.com but camp bed was not made up on arrival. Had to request linen for it twice. Linen was handed in at door and we had to make up ourselves at midnight. The apartment was serviced on the second day and the three towels were removed and replaced with two towels again leaving us short. Found this frustrating considering our booking was always for three adults not two. |

Friendly, helpful staff, hotel was in a lovely area and was comfortable. Very near paddington tube station Was being refurbished and unfortunately we got a room which was yet to be fixed. Room was a bit run down but very clean and good for a cheap stay. |

I liked having facilities to cook because it meant that we were able to go out sightseeing all day then pick up something simple to eat on the way back and relax in the apartment in the evening. The room was shabby. |

First impressions are really important and reception were just lovely. I'd have to say the helpful and friendly staff are the best point, though the luggage storage, lifts and wifi were very useful altogether. Sure, the hotel is an old building and you do hear heavy walkers around but most hotels are noisy in some way. Everything supplied is completely adequate and more than what you usually get for budget money. Very good value for money. Nah, the hotel was great |
