The location is really good, near to the tube station. Possibility to make yourself a dinner in the room. It looks a little shabby. |

The bedding and towels were very clean The staff on reception could have been more welcoming and polite. It stayed in room 320. When I let the water out of the bath, it came from under the bath and flooded the bathroom! |

The location was excellent. Apartment was well equipped. Wifi available in the rooms would have been very useful. The hallways need refurbishing. |

Clean safe room There seemed to be a leak in water system a floor above us that dripped water on the dry wall/ceiling all night and was very obnoxious. The windows to the hotel room did not close completely. There was outside construction that was very loud and it was a bit drafty that evening. Unpleasant night of sleep for sure! |

Quiet and spacious living room with the basic needs for self catering. Beds comfortable. A little more bench space in the kitchenette for kettle and toaster was needed. |

The room was clean, but not spotless - the kitchen area and bathroom was clean, there was marks on the wall and the floor needed to be swept and mopped. But for the price it was comfortable and what we needed. The lifts was a bit creaky. The road/paths was blocked off, due to water pipes being replaced, which we did not know about till arriving at the street. The paths only had room for one person to walk on. However, this was no fault of the hotel. |

While this hotel is under some construction, the room I got was perfect. it was a recently refurbished room, so I can't say for any other rooms. however, this room was perfect. had a kitchenette, though I didn't need it. felt very spacious and modern, and was perfect perfect perfect for the price. much more then I expected. I just hope all the rooms are like this. also, needs to be careful with the construction, as the hallways were a bit dangerous. especially if there were kids... |

The best thing about this hotel is the location right to the Tube station in the centre of London. This hotel should make some refurbishments in the furniture, walls, ground and in general. |

Location is excellent, just a few minutes walk to Paddington station, so getting around London is easy. Also very nice area with reasonably priced restaurants and bars close by. Friendly hotel staff and great value. |

The room was a decent size for the money, 44 pounds a night. The staff were helpful and the kitchenette was useful. I would stay again. The furniture was old fashioned but that was no problem for us and no hairdryer. |

Hotel stuff was nice and helpfull. Rooms were big and that suprising positively. Our both rooms was bedroom and livingroom/kitchen. Kitchen was fully equipment. Location of hotel was very nice. Short way to metro and busses. When we go to nightclubs and metro was closed when we coming back, we use busses. Nearest buss stop arrives three different busses. And same in finnish... First day there was no hot water, but other days that problem was fixed. and same in finnish.. Ensimmäisenä yönä ei tullut kuumaa vettä, mutta asia oli korjattu seuraavana päivänä. |

the staff - mainly the front-desk crew - very helpful and friendly. thank them, pls. the bed-sheets (after changed to my request), towels, where clean and nice. the room - very strong bad odor (of cleaning agent); poor cabinet; no reading-light near the bed; the shower and bath-tap partly cloged. one side of window curtain does not move; no instruction how to operate the safe. |
