Hotelli sijaitsi hyvien kulkuyhteyksien lähellä. Hinta-laatusuhde kohdallaan.

Huone oli kuuma ja tunkkainen. Kaikki kadun äänet kuuluivat selvästi huoneeseen. Aamiainen ei vastannut odotuksia, hyvin vaatimaton ja tarjontaan nähden kallis.

Hinta/laatusuhde ok. Hyvä sijainti lähellä Paddingtonin asemaa. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja avuliasta.

Kylpyhuoneen tuuletusaukkojen ja/tai ilmastoinnin puhdistusta ei oltu tehty vuosiin!

Huone oli siisti ja selvästi vastikään remontoitu, kuten myös kylpyhuone ja wc. Pieni keittiökulmaus oli hyvin varusteltu. Olemme ehdottomasti tyytyväisiä.

Naapurirakennuksen meluisat asukkaat melusivat ja huudattivat televisiotaan lähes joka ilta yli keskiyön. Ota korvatulpat mukaan varmuuden vuoksi.

Erinomainen sijainti, lämmitys toimi kylmässä säässä, ystävällinen henkilökunta, toimiva huoneisto

Liikeneteen äänet häiritsivät jonkin verran

Sijainti lähellä metroa, Paddingtonin rautatieasemaa (Heatrow express) sekä Hyde Parkia oli kätevää. Myös kahden huoneen olemassaolo ja keittiö oli hieno juttu, sillä vauvamme oli koko matkan ajan Suomen ajassa ja heräsi aamulla AIKAISIN. Keittiön mikrossa saimme kätevästi vauvan ruuat lämmitettyä ja puurot tehtyä.

Saimme ensin huoneiston jossa oli epämääräinen kokolattiamatto sekä makuuhuoneessa vain yksinkertaiset ikkunat joita ei pystynyt sulkemaan täysin tiiviisti. Valitimme, ja saimme vaihdettua huoneen sellaiseen, jossa molemmissa huoneissa oli kaksinkertaiset ikkunat ja laminaatintapainen lattia. Hotellin vauvansängyn mukana ei tullut vauvalle patjaa tai peittoa, onneksi oli omat mukana.

The room was big, clean and comfortable and unlike average british hotels, it was also nicely decorated (no smelling fitted carpets nor ugly curtains etc.). It also had a nice flat tv. There was also a kitchen equipped with everything you would need on a holiday. The hotel is not exactly in the center of London, but very close to couple of tube stations so it's quite easy to get downtown. There is also quite a lot of restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. The hotel was very quiet during our stay, even though there are only single windows, the noise from the street didn't bother us much. Excellent value for money.

The Internet was free of charge only in the lobby area, in the room it was very expensive. The hotel is not in the center of the city and very sensitive guests may be disturbed by the noises in the street sometimes. Still, very good hotel considering that it's quite cheap.

The location is perfect, just few minutes from Lancaster Gate tube and 10 minutes from Paddington. Hyde Park is also at a very short distance which is great. The apartment itself consists of two rooms which is excellent.

The hotel staff should renovate the rooms as soon as possible since they look quite shabby, but I think they are doing that at the moment. The bar which is already there but still not open would be great as well.

The room was clean, comfortable and more spacious than I had expected. Staff was couteous and helpful. A 5 minute walk from Paddington Station so convenient. Given what I paid, I would say it was excellent value for money.

Apartment very clean. Current remodeling not an issue.

proximity to the tube was great, and the room was enormous and clean

the location was excellent, only minutes from the tube station and within walking distance of pubs, cafes and restaurants. the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The unfurbished room was very basic and in need of complete refurbishment. However, it was cheap and ok if you just want a bed for the night.,

Good facilities in the kitchenette. Efficient staff. Great location - 2 blocks from Hyde Park and near Marylebone/Paddington stations. Good for families as cots and linen are provided and there are two separate rooms if you have an apartment.

The hotel rooms need updating and decorating - for example, the bathroom needs regrouting and new silicone.
