Creaking floors

We got upgraded and received a great apartment with two rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Has an amazing location in central London.

Bathroom was perfectly clean but really smelly. There are no lifts to the 4th floor and both lifts are rather old and slow. The place is receiving much needed maintenance as it looks a bit too old and under the weather.

Friendly staff, had problem with noisy neighbours & they were very helpful & arranged new room. Excellent facilities & location

Its good value for the money. Its clean, hot water, comfortable. Has old furniture, it could use a little re-paint here and there, but if that doesn't bother you its perfect. I booked a twin room and got instead a huge apartment with 2 double rooms, a large living-room with couch, table for 6, desk and kitchen. I didn't stay in the room much, but its perfect if you just need a place to sleep and shower. I will return for sure.

Old rooms, could use a little bit of upgrade. Other than that, nothing that bothered me. Its good value for money, its not a 5 star place. Got the basics and it was suitable for my needs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The staff - all of them - were simply amazing, friendly, helpful, and nice! Any question we asked they were always able to help us. The location is superb - I don't think we could have found anything that matches this location's convenience and price. The kitchen was also very well stocked, so that all we had to get on the first day were the groceries. We're already planning our next visit and plan to stay there again!

The hotel is a bit old, but they do work all the time to maintain it. The bathroom is a bit crowded for three people (and all our toiletries and cosmetics) and the shower was tiny (but always had hot water!). All things considered, these are completely insignificant.

We had a mouse in our room

Its close to almost everything. Kitchen is good and apartment was clean.

The studio apartment was small and the beds were not that comfortable.

The hotel needs a general makeover. All the public areas were filthy, dirty walls, worn carpet, absolutely disgusting! The room itself also would need a good clean, it looks like it has not been cleaned properly. There were holes in the wooden floors under the carpet! I would not recommend it and would not stay there again, no matter how cheap their special rates are!!! We based our choice partly on 7.9 booking.com rating but to me it should be more like 3.5 rating, no more than that...

Noice!! I Could not sleep!

The apartment was large, simple, but very adequate. I only stayed one night because of travel arrangements, but would have been happy to have stayed longer. The hotel is in a very good location. The staff were very helpful.

It is clean but needs a good renovation. If you can handle everything old and falling apart, then its great value for money. The 2 bedroom apartment was spacious.It is in a very good location.

It needs a good make over.

The studio contains a kitchen which makes it convenient for preparing breakfast at the hotel, and the fridge is really helpful. Quite a large space of shower.

The water of shower is not strong enough.

Excellent Location , nearby parks and Tube station , very coazy rooms and kitchen is well equipped

Location is good for tub and Padington station. Staff were helpful. Very quite.

The apartment has very limited space. Fixtures are minimal. Damp patches on the wall. Cold at night.

Location was great

The floors (in every room) made such noice it was difficult to sleep. The windows could not be shut. Very noisy because of the floors and windows. We had 2 apartments and one was cold, one was hot and there was not much to do about it. In one room only hot water in the shower.

The roominess and the location was ideal for us.

While the rooms were clean, the overall appearance was somewhat shabby.

Good location about 5 mins walk to Leicaster Gate underground station. Friendly and supportive staff. Clean room with mini kitchen cabinet

The apartment need to refurbish especially the walkway, wallpaper etc
