Royal Court Apartments

Ett bra läge i London med närhet till två tunnelbanestationer. Hotellet var rent. Det ligger i ett lugnt område.

Utsikten från rummet vi hade var ingen höjdare, rummet låg på bottenvåningen.

Den hjälpfulla och trevliga personalen i receptionen.

Synd att vi fick ett rum som inte var renoverat. Heltäckningsmattan i hotellets trappa och korridor var mycket ofräsch.

Att personalen gav snabb respons när jag påpekade att det var mögel I badrummet. Vi fick byta rum trots att det var mitt I natten.Rum nummer två var acceptabelt men saknade diskhanduk och avställningsyta för disken. Bodde på detta hotell I somras I ett nyrenoverat rum, det var helt annorlunda förstås. Kommer inte välja detta hotell igen.

Mycket snorkig receptionist när vi anlände till hotellet. Vi fick ett rum som var under all kritik. De hade t o m tagit bort en kakelplatta I badrummet för att exponera ett lager av mögel (inför renovering gissar jag). Detta upptäckte vi inte förrän vi återvände till hotellet mitt I natten. Innan dess hade vi bråttom ut på stan.

Att ha tillgång till kök var strålande, även om det var mer som ett kitchenette. Hotellets läge är verkligen, verkligen väldigt bra - i ett lugnt område på gångavstånd från de stora turistmålen. Personalen var jättetrevlig och väldigt tillmötesgående.

Det var litegranna nergånget, rummet luktade lite rök och inredningen var lite "ruffig". Detta är dock ett pris man mer än gärna betalar för de fördelar hotellet hade!

Personalens service och vilja att hjälpa till. Fantastiskt att ha en hel lägenhet med två sovrum. Bra utrustat kök. Läget!! När till tunnelbana, bussar och lätt att promenera runt.

Köksstolarna var trasiga och näst intill obrukbara, vi har meddelat så dom tar säkert hand om det.

The room was big, clean and comfortable and unlike average british hotels, it was also nicely decorated (no smelling fitted carpets nor ugly curtains etc.). It also had a nice flat tv. There was also a kitchen equipped with everything you would need on a holiday. The hotel is not exactly in the center of London, but very close to couple of tube stations so it's quite easy to get downtown. There is also quite a lot of restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. The hotel was very quiet during our stay, even though there are only single windows, the noise from the street didn't bother us much. Excellent value for money.

The Internet was free of charge only in the lobby area, in the room it was very expensive. The hotel is not in the center of the city and very sensitive guests may be disturbed by the noises in the street sometimes. Still, very good hotel considering that it's quite cheap.

The location is perfect, just few minutes from Lancaster Gate tube and 10 minutes from Paddington. Hyde Park is also at a very short distance which is great. The apartment itself consists of two rooms which is excellent.

The hotel staff should renovate the rooms as soon as possible since they look quite shabby, but I think they are doing that at the moment. The bar which is already there but still not open would be great as well.

The room was clean, comfortable and more spacious than I had expected. Staff was couteous and helpful. A 5 minute walk from Paddington Station so convenient. Given what I paid, I would say it was excellent value for money.

Apartment very clean. Current remodeling not an issue.

proximity to the tube was great, and the room was enormous and clean

the location was excellent, only minutes from the tube station and within walking distance of pubs, cafes and restaurants. the staff were also very friendly and helpful.

the rooms were a little shabby, but it is to be expected in this price bracket

The unfurbished room was very basic and in need of complete refurbishment. However, it was cheap and ok if you just want a bed for the night.,
