The room was dated. The bathroom was tight. The t.v from the 80's as is the hotel.
Everything the breakfast was fantastic
No connection as was on top floor.
Booked 2 single rooms for me & my friend. Good size for a single room. Own en-suite which was a big positive. Typical Blackpool Guest House decor. Room clean with freeview tv. Bedding & towels smelt lovely of fabric conditioner. Bed comfy. Breakfast fabulous! Staff helpful, polite and very welcoming.
The area of the holiday flat was ideal being 5 mins away from the train station and a short walk from the promenade! The breakfast included was very nice and good to start a long enjoyable day out in Blackpool! We stayed in the smoking room which is a great and practical idea!
The shower goes from super hot to cold. But for a short stay isn't too much of a problem!
Good breakfast, helpful staff
ticks all boxes what a fantastic little hotel a credit to the owners
The owner Peter was fantastic he was so accommodating and nothing was too much trouble . Looking forward to January we have already booked to go back.
Liked every bit of our stay.
Nothing every disappointing won't return.
The staff were very friendly & welcoming, plenty of breakfast served in the morning. The room was adequate, perfect for a weekend break. I would definitely stay here again.
For a long term stay it would be a bit pricey as it's a set price per night, & you have to pay for extra towels and a change in bed sheets.
BEDS SUPERB ,BRILLIANT SLEEP GREAT LOCATION. EXTREMELY CLEAN BOTH B& B OWNERS VERY FRIENDLY AND GOOD HOSTS
I ALWAYS LIKE MY BACON WELL COOKED,ALMOST CRISPY AND BURNT SPECIAL REQUEST DENIED VISITORS NOT ALLOWED IN ROOM
The Breakfast was lovely ,good quality cereals ,nice cooked breakfast cooked fresh ,very nice all the areas looked clean
The bedroom had a musty smell , inside the wardrobe was damp , the floor covering in the bathroom had cracks in ..all areas were very dated
the place smelled and was very dirty. Single rooms more like oversized cupboards , toilet and shower filthy NOT A NICE PLACE TO STAY!!!!
This hotel is ideally situated a stones throw away from the train station and a short walk into town. The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was a traditional full English and very tasty indeed. Recommenced.
Checkout is early.
Good location. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff. Comfortable size room. Decent for what we paid.
The decor is outdated. There is a musty smell throughout. Not good on first impression.
Coach station only £5 away in a taxi, you could walk it. Nice walk to see front and all Blackpool has to offer, budget bb. You get what you pay for
Breakfast was superb. staff friendly and couldn't be more helpful. Bed was comfortable.
Outdated and tatty decor.
very well situated, good breakfast, pleasant staff nothing is to much trouble
Rather dated and in need of some money spending on it, very tight with the tea and coffee only enough for 1 cup then you had to buy more for £1 rather steep i think
Great location, the owners polite and not at all pushy, big breakfast, for sure I will be back
Clean rooms, great breakfast, excellent value for money
Lovely owners, fantastic breakfast, will definately stay here again
