Extremely friendly helpful staff The bar area in the evenings is open to the public and is as busy as a nightclub. The music is loud for those staying in the roomsabove. There should be a separate quieter bar area for guests to relax with a drink |

All of the staff were excellent. The special restaurant offer (certain das only) of £12 for a 3 course meal was fantastic value. The location for beach, park and shops couldn't be better. |

Its proximity to the Bournemouth International Centre. The service was good and breakfast a relaxed experience. The rooms were very small and very hot which meant we had to open windows and that meant no sleep until after 2am due to the loudness from bars. |

Tina was extremely helpful as are all your staff, especially prior to my stay in your hotel, which was a lovely experience for myself and my daughter who was celebrating her 16th Birthday at your lovely hotel. |

The politeness and friendliness of all memebers of staff. The breakfast staff were exceptionally helpful and accomodating. Nothing that warrants a complaint but noise form the outside bar area could be heard late at night. |

I like that helpful staff ... they where so frindly ... i like to thank them alot ... there is noisy music in the nights in the weekend ... i couldnt go out night because alot of drunk people near the hotel in the weekend .. not like other places ... but the staff were so frindly.. |

enjoyable stay only an overnight one so couldnt really judge the hotel on its longterm merits however the short time i spent there i found it and the staff very good. Locating the room for the first time was a bit of a task but obviously after being there for a longer period of time this problem will naturaly solve itself however i did find that the shower cubicle was lacking in accesories ie somewhere to put your toiletries s/gel shampoo etcwhilst showering but otherwise aok |

We were given a free upgrade due to the fact due to the fact that the room which was originally allocated to us was an adapted room for disabilities which we would not require. This upgrade was given to us without having to ask and the Receptionist was very helpfull. Theroom was fantastic and very comfortable. The Bar areas, although very busy being a Saturday night, were very nice. |
