The hotel itself was amazing, the facilities and rooms were amazing and very beautiful. The area was very nice too and was close to everything.
Staff treated us like children just because we were young adults and spoke to us extremely rude. If my parents were there they would not have been spoken to like that.
The whole stay was amazing l
Nothing everything was great
Car parking is more than 38£ for 24 hours The concierge, when I asked him to book me a scallini resteurante(very pupouler in london), he booked me something else.
The room was a delightful stay. Comfort and relaxing views. 5*
Very pelite service.
Location and cleaness
That we have to pay for wifi
Handy for tube without urban setting
Everything was top drawer. Great hotel . Friendly staff. perfect location.
everything was good
Central Location, spacious restaurant and friendly staff.
The 10th floor hosts a chinese restaurant as well so the rooms on that floor did smell like a cheap chinese restaurant. Pillows are so soft that provide no neck support (though they replaced them when I asked for firmer ones). Paying for wifi at this day and age is disgraceful.
Perfect Location Good quality room service Extremely fast WIFI
Every thing was spot on
Had to pay for wifi
the location was perfect, room was lovely bathroom was nice and spacey
being charged 50 pound incase used any mini bar or other facilities which I didn't to be told it would be added back to my back account after 6/7 hours and still haven't received it and it is now Tuesday
Your staff were without fail cheerful and helpful. Food delicious
I think it is outrageous to expect your guests, who are paying for a premium service, to pay £ 20 per day for wifi. I refused to do so.
The room, restaurants, staff. Where do you begin. The short stay was truly memorable.this is truly a luxury hotel service beyond compare
Location Ideal Staff more than helpful Room upgrade was appreciated
Ridiculously expensive wifi and breakfast
Very near to everyone
Check in time
The ambience is incredible. Interior is beautiful. Love the view of London from the tenth floor rooms. Would definitely be going back.
Internet is £20 for 24 hours! and they don't allow you, for some reason, to connect with BT Wifi which is free!! Not sure what the monopoly is for internet, but I think people should be able to choose if they want the hotels' internet or connect to another free wifi like BT or O2.
The very friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely hotel, room service excellent. Staff very friendly. Min Jiang restaurant is amazing
Room walls are paper thin and I ended up having to listen to the neighbours having very vocal noisy sex all night. I felt like I was stay ing in a very expensive back street brothel. No swimming pool or steam/sauna so I don't think the term spa is relevant. WiFi is £20 a day. For £150 shoebox room I expect at least free WiFi. WiFi does not cost £20 a day!!!!
If u book privately they give u free wifi and not through booking.com
Small rooms, old hotel, been to better places with 3 stars
We enjoyed great Asian food together which was lovely and the service was equal to it..
Only thing I can say is, it's quite tricky navigating the main road there at High St Ken. Safest way is to cross at the traffic lights at the park..
Quiet rooms, spacious gymnasium and friendly staff.
paid wifi,I didn't use it because it's expensive
