Very nice comfortable hotel in good location with excellent restaurant. Waiters & bar staff very friendly. Reception helpful & polite but not as jovial. Would definitely be my preferred choice to stay when in London.
Everything was organised and looked great. The staff were friendly and nothing was a problem for them. Charlotte on reception was brilliant. I wanted to change a few things about my room and she did it as quick as a flash. Excellent.
Nothing to dislike about this hotel. Room was fabulous - even though there was no garden view you could still see the Londonrooftops- great value for money booking with through booking.com
Staffs & reception, location
The queen room is quite small for the rate but i suppose that is the average for hotel accomodation in the vicinity
Really comfy bed. And great bathroom. Fantastic staff team particularly the receptionists
The only thing that was a bit of a let down on an otherwise excellent stay was the cost of wifi.
The fact that when our room wasnt ready, they upgraded us to a garden room which had a fabulous view and gave us complimentary drink whilst waiting.
location is great , in the lovely kensington area, very close to tube station, 1 minute walk from central park. Staff very helpful, rooms are very nice and spacious. Hotel in very clean, the only disadvantage was that the Gym was under renovation and ther was no gym at the property. I would recommend this hotel and would love to stay again in the future
quite expensive since it is not in the very center
Location, the view
The beds are not comfortable. Rooms look old
Everything specially reception and conceirg very friendly and helpful
I can't think of anything that I didn't like except for the breakfast which has no variety .only small round table is the breakfast bufiet
I liked the quiet location and safety
Housekeeping was bad leaving everything as is just making the bed and cleaning the floor.
Location, comfort and cleanliness of rooms. Helpful staff.
No sport or leisure facilities. Need to pay for WiFi.
Great staff, great location not being in the noisy spots food was extraordinary
internet was very expensive
Pleasant staff. Clean rooms and excellent room service.
Not enough tea and milk in the room. No decaf coffee or fruit teas!
I couldn't fault anything about the hotel. Definitely stay again
Location is fantastic hotel brilliant staff efficient and yet for the price I hankered after something a bit more special. Take for example the tea/coffee set in room. A bit mean that you only get 1packet of 2 biscuits and 4 milk jiggers between the 2 of you!!! No extra blankets either.
Good location right next to Kensington Gardens and near museums
Noisy air conditioning at night and rather tired looking cooked breakfast buffet
Staff particularly helpful and very friendly. Very good value for a brilliantly located central London hotel.
Cleanliness,Staff, rooms are lovely,
Having to leave!!
I like this hotel its convenient, comfortable and the staff are excellent, facilities are good
the price, way too expensive for a small room at the front of a main road hotel. I know I can vote with my feet and in the future i will.
Great position for Hyde Park. Very comfy rooms. Very professional staff.
most staff where very attentive
first day at breakfast we waited for ever for coffee, then my porridge then three times I had to ask before my milk came and by this time it was cold.
Spotlessly clean, excellent lighting facilities, decoration, quietness.
From check in till check out was amazing stay. Fantastic park view, near the shops, quiet stay and excellent service
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, lovely room and very nice hotel. All round very pleased! Will defiantly recommend and will defiantly come back!
The only down point was the noise of the lifts! We were in a room quite far from them but we could hear them all the time.
