Location is perfect !!

Really good location especially for the Royal Albert Hall gigs with good shops, walks (Hyde Park), restaurants etc. Hotel facilities are very good and comfortable and staff attentive bad friendly.

Everything, staff were friendly, room was spacious, clean (very important) and modern. I want to spend the night in an hotel whose furnishings are no worse than I have at home and the Royal Garden scores heavily in this regard.

Having to pay gbp20 for a 24hr WiFi period - in most if not all 5 star hotels I stayed when travelled around the world, this is a complimentary service at these 5 star hotels. The Royal Garden hotel can do better than at present on this matter!

It was family hotel,safe,clean,good loucation and modern.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The rooms were exceptionally well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location was great. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Slow check in and then allocated 2 twin rooms despite booked superior king .. Rectified quickly . Would have been nice to have rooms nearer to each other !

Комната маленькая, но исключительно продуманная и удобная. Очень чисто. Очень тепло! Кондиционер хорошо греет и не шумный. Большое окно, выходит в Кенсингтонский сад(но это повезло: половина комнат выходит на шумную улицу). В комнате есть чайник, по запросу - гладильная доска и утюг. И радио! Никогда не встречала такое в отелях, очень было приятно, поскольку была одна. Недалеко метро, прямо у подъезда - остановка автобуса. Хороший район. Рядом отличный продуктовый магазин. Хотя персонал без сантиментов и привычного радушия, возникающие мелкие проблемы решились быстро и по существу.

Ужасный фитнесс-центр. В жизни не видела такого грязного и старого. Причем чтобы в него попасть, надо пройти через улицу, хоть и соседний подъезд, но зимой надо одеваться,особенно после тренировки. Работает только 21.00. Я специально выбирала отель с фитнесс-клубом, но ни разу не смогла использовать. Далеко до музеев и театров(зато прямо на границе Кенсингтонского сада). Несмотря на 9 ночей проживания, не дали wi-fi в подарок. Мелочь, а не приятно.

As mentioned to reception,we heard our next door neighbours room 852? they were not noisy but sound proofing did not work-perhaps they heard us but it did delay us getting to sleep at 11.30

Location was amazing. Tube and buses nearby. Kensington Palace next door with beautiful park area.

We booked a queen size room and it was very small for two people.
