Excellent service from arrival to check out.

Concierge service is excellent. Good location next to Hyde Park but shopping in Kensington is ordinary. Cupboard/wardrobe space was limited in our room but otherwise well appointed.

Very annoyed that a supposed 5 star Hotel charges gbp20 per day for wifi when booked on Booking.com. It is in the fine print but frankly it is just not good enough when most small hotels and many cafes provide free wifi. Wifi is an essential part of modern travel and should be included free in all Hotels, particularly expensive ones.

Although had a fridge in room only cheap uht milk provided. It would cost very little more to provide real milk which is now often provided at smaller, cheaper hotels. Didn't get free paper delivered. Had to ask for more tea bags.

the location the conceirge staff are more custemer service oriented than the receiptionests

i did not like the receeption staff ,not freindly .

Too many very young children in the Chinese restaurant , noisy and not the place too to spend a lot of money on an expensive meal! If you must have families put them all together away from those wanting a quiet meal. No return for me.

Wonderful Hotel very comfortable, staff excellent and close to RAH, our reason for visit.

Really good location especially for the Royal Albert Hall gigs with good shops, walks (Hyde Park), restaurants etc. Hotel facilities are very good and comfortable and staff attentive bad friendly.

Everything, staff were friendly, room was spacious, clean (very important) and modern. I want to spend the night in an hotel whose furnishings are no worse than I have at home and the Royal Garden scores heavily in this regard.

Having to pay gbp20 for a 24hr WiFi period - in most if not all 5 star hotels I stayed when travelled around the world, this is a complimentary service at these 5 star hotels. The Royal Garden hotel can do better than at present on this matter!
