Whilst rooms are pretty small they are well-appointed and very clean and modern. The new lighting in corridors is excessive and creates an overheated atmosphere due to low ceilings and lack of air conditioning. |

On arrival at 2.15pm the Deluxe Room which we had booked was not ready and we were upgraded to a Junior Suite. This was a very comfortable room with fabulous views over Kensington Gardens. |

The staff was very nice and helpful. It has a good location and it was quiet. Except we were just below the restaurant and could hear everything above until around 11:30 in the evening. The newly done bathtubs are too small and the new closets do not have enogh room for folded things. Also the light in the closet only turns off when the key card is not in the slot. Alot of light escapes and it is difficult to sleep. If you pull out the key card then you can not turn on the light in the night to go to the toilet. |

The location was excellent for a short stay and we were on a newlly refurbished floor so everything very clean. We were also upgraded which was nice. They had all lifts out of order because of a problem with a contractor but they coped pretty well and minimised the inconvenience to guests. |

Very good front of house, housekeeping and bar staff. Clean rooms. Good selection of items in mini bar. Location for Albert Hall was ideal. The staff taking breakfast orders in restuarant were very slow. There seemd to be one member of staff only taking orders in a very ad hoc basis. However she was very pleasant and did her best. |

Views from the room. Friendliness of staff. Clean, spacious and modern bedroom (recently refurbished, we were told). Proximity to tube station and Royal Alberet Hall. The air conditioning wasn't working in the dining room which made breakfast an uncomfortably warm experience. |

Having booked a superior deluxe room with anticipated views over Kensington Gardens I was less than happy to find that we had a view over Kensington High St - Why - because we had selected a smoking room and therefore although we had paid the price they did not have smoking rooms overlooking the park. |

Size of the bedroom and view combined with excellent location for the west end of London. Entry and exit to car park beneath hotel is very tight (based on a spiral) and I would not recommend anyone with a large or long car to use it. |

Location was excellent, service was good and staff very polite and helpful. Great views across the park Double bed was just 2 singles pushed together, TV was far too small and hardly any channels, mini bar vastly over priced, shower in the bath was rubbish, it was too low and hardly any pressure. |

Staff were very friendly and the value for money - especially the meal in the evening which was very good. Good value half price champagne - always a bonus! Thank you for the upgrade of room. Will recommend to friends. |
