La posizione e la vicinanza dei mezzi pubblici

Alla reception, dandomi la chiave, mi hanno detto che mi avevano assegnato una stanza con vista parco. Quando sono arrivato in camera ho scoperto che essa affacciava sulla strada e non su hyde park, sicchè sono tornato alla reception per segnalarlo e per tutta risposta mi hanno detto che si scusavano per l'errore, che non c'erano più stanze con vista parco e che comunque non dovevo lamentarmi perchè avevo ricevuto una junior suite - da me mai richiesta - in luogo di una camera doppia superior. Ci sono rimasto molto male perchè ero andato a Londra per festeggiare un anniversario.

Pleasant employees

There were construction activities. It was not very pleasant in the hotel.

Room (once I got what I reserved) was beautiful. Good view of High Street Kensington, and great location (five minutes walk to the tube, right at the park).

They also tried to stick me with the "booking.com upgrade" to the accessible room on the 2nd floor overlooking the air conditioning plant. I complained over the phone and got no response, so had to walk down and complain in person to get the room I reserved ("with London views"). Hotel was also under construction, which made getting in / out a bit tricky, but this was a minor point.

The Hotel decor, the attention to detail, comfort and cleanliness of the rooms, top quality meals prepared by an excellent chef, the unobtrusive attention by the excellent dining room staff, an all round marvelous and relaxing weekend.

Room was poorly soundproofed sound travelled between rooms and from hall causing disturbance. No facility to make hot drink in room

The view from the deluxe room we stayed in was simply stunning,very spacious room with everything you need.

We hyave stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have never found fault with anything. The staff really excel compared to many other 5 star hotels and the cleanliness is always first class.

The location of the hotel is superior … everything is just close to you! … the street is very secured due to the diplomatic offices allocated there … our room was over viewing the Hyde Park lake …
