no heat in the room and a lot of noise, could'nt sleep at all.
They don't change the sheets! Had the most disgusting hotel experience I've ever had when I pulled back the sheets to find they were absolutely covered in curly hairs, and there was a huge wet stain at groin location. They didn't then change our room, just our sheets (while shaking hairs all over the floor!), and then it took 18 phone calls over two weeks to get a 50% refund.
Friendliness of the staff, the location, the price, the breakfast.
Good location, very clean, nice breakfast - good value for money.
Very small room yet very clean and quite.
We enjoyed staying in hotel, very friendly and calm personnel, cosy atmosphere.
Room, was modern, clean and comfortable. Great Value for money and in a great location. The breakfast hostess was extremely friendly and very helpful. A credit to the hotel!
Their was a mix up with my booking which put me out and I wasnt told until I got there!
location and price
decor and plenty of heat/hot water.
Excellent clean location good for SBE would stay again
really good and sufficient facilities
Habitación con buena decoración, luz y limpia.
The breakfast was poor eggs was overdone
Was in a good location
They quickly resolved any issues or problems.
Would have preferred some pastries or small muffins to go along with the continental breakfast, but that is just a minor issue.
The smell of drains in the bathroom
The hotel is located fairly conveniently in Shepherd's Bush about half way between Shepherd's Bush station and Hammersmith. The women serving breakfast were friendly.
The service was lacklustre at best. There's no real concierge or reception so you talk to a bored guy in a hallway office. The same office you have to squeeze past to get to the downstairs breakfast room. Breakfast is basic, but OK, though the juice is warm and the eggs fried in 2 inches of oil. The room was at the top of narrow stairs, 4 flights up. A tiny shabby room with a fridge strangely taking up space that a bedside table could have been in. That same fridge needed to be turned off, who can sleep with their ear next to a fridge?! A dodgy wardrobe had some pillows and a blanket dumped in it, but wasn't clear if they were clean. The bathroom was TINY, so tiny you had to disrobe and dry yourself outside. Sitting on the toilet meant manoeuvring under the sink to fit your knees in. This hotel is fine for a night or two, but not really comfortable for a longer stay.
The hotel was very clean and willing to help. It has a super market in front of the hotel (very confortable) and an enormous shopping center (westfield) near us. Ten minutes on foot.
It had small bathroom.
Breakfast in an (seemingly) unheated basement. Water pressure in shower very low.
It's position compared to tube station
The size of WC, extremely small, even for an animal!!!.No elevator to intermediate and Top floor. Service from reception, adequate.
The breakfast was better than expected
Really good location (transport, shops, pubs and restaurants on the doorstep). Good cooked breakfast (eggs on toast, with a choice of cereals, fruit salad and hot and cold drinks).
There was some traffic noise from the main road outside, even with the window shut.
The breakfast options weren't great but then again, the hotel location outweighed any disappointment..
good location, close to Westfield Shopping Center. Minutes to bus or tube station, very convenient. Fridge and tv, Tea and cofee facilities in the room. Good price per room, in January month.
small room, small bathroom, soap and shampoo only first day (!?), one towel per person, very 'thin' breaklast...
Have a free breakfast.
Heater is not work. Noise.
The staff is very kind and helpful especially the lady who serves breakfast. The rooms are clean and the price that we paid was very good value considering the central lcoation
