It's a pleasant hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, which was great because the space is relatively small. Great choice for a weekend in London. Good location. Although the Guest House has a good location it is in a 10 minute walk from the tube station. If someone is travelling with heavy luggage the best is to consider taking the bus, as there are bus stops on the way to the tube.

As I was going to a gig at Shephard's Bush , this hotels is in perfect location , only few minutes away. There are a lot of shops in the neighborhood and both Hammersmith and Shephard's Bush tube stations are really close so it's easy to come from Heathrow and easy to get to the city centar . Hotel stuff is really friendly and rooms are clean . Single room is a little bit small, but that was not so important to me because I was whole day out . I would definitly come here again.

Room was small but clean the only draw back it was up 5 flights of stairs. We did not get chance for breakfast as they do not serve that until 07:30 am and we had to leave to be on site for 8.00 am. If we were to stay a week I think it would be better to book two single rooms.

Value for money is good. Easy acces to tube and buses. It's quite close to the Central line (Sheperd's Bush station) which basically crosses every other line. Commercial center nearby. Breakfast was included (fried of scrambled eggs, milk, tea, cereals, juice).. Nothing special here but good enough to start the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Careful: if you want a triple room with 3 separate beds you have to ask for it while booking or you might find yourself with one double bed and one single ! Possibility to leave your luggages in the lobby if you still have a couple of hours ahead and don't want to go around the city with your suitcase. I definitely recommend it. No complaints really.. As I said, if you want a triple room with 3 separate beds, ask for it while booking. Noise of the street can be a bit annoying, but as soon as you close the windows you don't hear anything. If the sunlight bothers you, maybe bring one of those sleeping patch (or whatever they're called).. since the curtains let the light in.. that's all.

Great place to stay, if you don't have high expectations or need for spacious room. Room was really small and quite plain though clean and without bad smell. Excellent location. Would have wanted greater variety of food at breakfast.

That you had a key for the front door so you didint have to be back by a certain time. Breakfast was prepared in our view. Not much variety of cereals for breakfast but other than that it was a pleasent stay.
