It's a pleasant hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very clean, which was great because the space is relatively small. Great choice for a weekend in London. Good location. Although the Guest House has a good location it is in a 10 minute walk from the tube station. If someone is travelling with heavy luggage the best is to consider taking the bus, as there are bus stops on the way to the tube.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was small but clean (cleaned every day and we also got clean towels every day). The location was excellent between Hammersmith station and Westfield shopping centre. There were several pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The three young gentlemen manning the front desk (also the owners?) were most friendly and helpful. The room was adequate - they obviously attempt to offer as much comfort as possible in a small space. I even had a desk, which was most useful for my stay. They were remodeling as I was there, and kept apologizing for the inconvenience; actually, I liked the fact that the young owners are constantly trying to improve their establishment. The new decor adds to the atmosphere. Would have liked more toiletries provided - larger soap, shampoo, etc. Also a glass in addition to a tea mug for those of us who prefer a cold drink. Small issues - overall a god choice for London on a budget.

My stay in Royal London Hotel was good. Hotel is very clean, friendly staff, good location and quite good breakfast, including fried eggs and toast in the price! Generally, I recommend it because I've read so many reviews before I book it and I saw that people have suffered a lot during their stay in such hotels in London.... My four remarks are: a) The door bell ringing several times every night, new guests arriving to check - in and the receptionist who was on duty was sleeping heavily, so the bell was ringing for about an hour until he wakes up to open them! I was on the ground floor, so it was almost ringing outside my door! Fortunately when I arrived at 3am, I rang only twice! b) Old matress on my bed, not comfortable but no fleas and bugs! c) No sign for breakfast hours, weekends until 10am but weekdays until 9am! I missed breakfast on Monday because noone told me about the change of time on weekdays! d) Wrong info about the bus stopping opposite their door, fortunately I thought to ask myself the bus driver and got the right bus to Victoria!

The room and its bathroom were very clean. The manager was also very kind. The breakfast ended too early, at 09:00h. I missed it almost every days. It could last until 10:00h or 10:30h.

The hotel was clean, warm and very welcoming, and for London, reasonably priced. There's tea and coffee in your room. The staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was simple but tasty. It's well situated, being near Shepherd's Bush and Hammersmith tube stations which gives you easy access into the centre of London. I'd be happy to stay again. I wish there'd been more tv channels to choose from.

I was unable to access the wireless internet service on my laptop throughout the five days and that attracted additional cost on me as I had to visit cyber cafe' to check my mails. I would appreciate the hotel to assist guest in solving problems that could require the services of experts on it whenever the need arises. On a general note all the staff were nice and polite and hospitable to me. I enjoyed my stay.

Value for money is good. Easy acces to tube and buses. It's quite close to the Central line (Sheperd's Bush station) which basically crosses every other line. Commercial center nearby. Breakfast was included (fried of scrambled eggs, milk, tea, cereals, juice).. Nothing special here but good enough to start the day. Friendly and helpful staff. Careful: if you want a triple room with 3 separate beds you have to ask for it while booking or you might find yourself with one double bed and one single ! Possibility to leave your luggages in the lobby if you still have a couple of hours ahead and don't want to go around the city with your suitcase. I definitely recommend it. No complaints really.. As I said, if you want a triple room with 3 separate beds, ask for it while booking. Noise of the street can be a bit annoying, but as soon as you close the windows you don't hear anything. If the sunlight bothers you, maybe bring one of those sleeping patch (or whatever they're called).. since the curtains let the light in.. that's all.
