the staff were very accomodating and friendly! Brilliant location for Westfields shopping centre - The room was small for 3 of us but was clean and had a Plasma television and served our needs very well! There was even a kettle and tea in the room. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. |

It did what it said on the tin - bed ws comfortable. Breakfast was more than the 'continental' breakfast advertised. With ample scrambled eggs, orange juice coffee etc. Great value for money - I thought. |

I loved the location so near Westfields shopping centre and a couple of stops on the tube to Oxford Street. The price was very good especially including breakfast. When we arrived at the hotel we were told we were actually staying a couple of doors down at their other hotel which was annoying as we got out of a taxi. The boiler had broken down therefore no heating and no hot water. |

The room, although small, was more than adequate & extremely clean. The dining room is far too small & has too few covers to accommodate the number of guests at breakfast time. |

I liked the location of the hotel, the sturdy beds and the plentiful supply of tea/coffee facilities. I wasnt too keen on the fact that you had to go to another hotel to have your breakfast. Nor did I like the cramped area where the guests had breakfast. |

Impressed by friendly & pleasant welcome, spotlessly clean room and bathroom. Toilet also spotless and plenty of loo paper. Decent shower giving plenty of water. Continental breakfast was fine, plenty of orange juice, toast, cereal and coffee. Relaxed atmosphere. Fellow travellers appeared quite happy. Radiator turned on full on beautiful autumn evening. Found difficulty trying to turn it down. Room was therefore much too hot. Had it been bitingly cold then fair enough, but it wasn't. Had to open windows to allow air in to try to cool room down, but that meant noisy traffic on busy Shepherds Bush Road resulting in pretty restless night. sleeping only on and off. Small bed quite hard and uncomfortable. Little room to turn over. Also just one very small bar of soap and small towel for use. No shower gel or shampoo. To sum up overall - basic, but adequate. |

The room was clean and the beds were okay. We stayed on the 4th floor and it was a bit complicated to get up there with all the baggage. Breakfast was okay as well. Well, we were on the 4th floor and in the morning we couldn't get any warm water or any water at all |

We felt very welcome and enjoyed our stay from beginning to end. The staff were friendly, our room was clean and comfortable and to have our own front door key was an added bonus. Furthermore, the location is excellent and in spite of our stay being for eight nights we still didn't have time to eat in all the many restaurants and pubs; which is probably just as well as it gives us the perfect excuse to return to Hammersmith, where we'll stay at the Royal guest House without hesitation. Thankyou to all concerned. |

I liked the rooms and the location as it was near to the underground I didn't like that my bed was directly under the dinning hall, so in the morning loads of people jumping above my head have woken me up.And it was a bit akward that there are three royal guest houses on the street and noone had told me wchich one I had to go to in the begining. |

Good location. Inexpensive. Room too small for double bed. Bedding barely fitted the bed. No spare pillows. One of the small cups provided was broken (we left two nice mugs behind for the next thirsty travellers!) |

The room / bed was clean and comfortable, and value for money. The staff were nice, I had a good breakfast. The location was excellent for me going to see Mott The Hoople in concert at nearby Hammersmith Apollo. Cheers and thank you. |

The location was very good for us & easy to get to by the underground. The Beds were horrible! My wife and I had to get up in the middle of the night and change beds. There were 3 beds to chose from. One of the beds had no springs left to sleep on. The two others were just marginal. During the middle of the night my wife and I had to switch beds because the springs were poking into our backs. I would not recommend this hotel based on the beds. However, the staff was very nice. |

Excelent price/quality factor. 10 minutes walking distance from 3 tube stations, close to town center. Room was small but clean, more then enough for my 6 night trip to visit London. Lots of restaurants in the surrounding area if you want to grab something to eat. Small room for breakfast with only 3 tables, they got full really fast but no major issue. The walls are a little bit thin and you can hear people in other rooms and the cars in the street, but anyway i was always so tired and didnt had any problem sleeping. Breakfast is toasts, eggs or cereals, a bit weak but considering the price you pay i think is fair enough. |

I liked location very much, excellent for travelling. Also, hotel staff were friendly. Moreover, it was quite quiete. The same breakfast everyday isn't good thing. The hotel rooms should be cleaner. Once I saw even mouse running through our room... Staff man don't know how to shut down doors (do it too loudly). |
