Close to transport systems and nearby choice of places to eat. Also close to supermarkets, post office and parades of shops for everyday items. Close to Wimbledon which was partly why we booked but also easy to get onto London transport system. The reviews did not give a picture of how good this hotel was for cost. The brekfast was described as 'continental' but in reality included choice of eggs on toast, plus cereal, coffee and toast and jam. Excellent value for money. The en suite was very small but better than shared bathroom. Probably need some ceiling fans / air conditioning as summer progresses. |

Friendly personal service. Breakfast was surprisingly good for the price. Very convenient location for access to two major tube lines. Excellent value for money - it made staying in London for a whole week affordable. No. |

staff was cool; breakfast was OK; if you are going to London for shoping - this is an ideal position (biggest shoping centre in London is 300 meters away); and for guys - the nearest pub is just next door the room was small (but this is not a problem if you spend whole day cruising around); bathroom was a little bit dirty and it took days to figure it out how to manage the right water temperature in the shower; the street infront of hotel was noisy (a lot of emergency vehicles) |

Very pleasant owners and staff, family-like atmosphere, clean room, very good price, close to restaurants. Quite far from the tube (but within 15 mins walking distance), same simple breakfast every day. Noise from street. But nothing too serious. |

The hotel is a good value for the money and is convenient for the city trip. There is a good access to London Transport (underground and buses). The staff was nice, the room was clean, the breakfast was good and sufficient. Just little things, nothing serious that would spoil our stay in London. There was a broken lamp in the room. The breakfast was the same each day. It could slightly vary. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was at the back of the hotel on the first floor and I was not disturbed by either traffic noise or other guests - very pleasant. My single room, although not large was perfectly adequate. The room was very clean - much better than other budget hotels that I have stayed in. |

Very central to all I should do in London, close to underground, shopping center. Good service and help from the staff, cheap rooms, clean. Nice restaurants close to the guesthouse. NO, but a little thing: you do not have to change towels every day. (Regarding environmental issues, water, electricity, washingpowder etc.) |

Friendly and helpful staff. Very good Indian resturante opposite to the hotel. The hotel where outside standard London maps and that made it a bit complicated to find the way from underground stations. |

The room was miniscule and there was nowhere to hang anything. It also faced onto the main road and the noise of the traffic during the night meant that sleep was virtually impossible. Not a good experience. |

Difficulties getting hot water to run in the shower. Had to turn sink tap on first then jump in. Bit of a mess about. |
