It was a clean and tidy room, no fuss or frills. All we wanted was B&B accomodation for a 2 night stay. It fitted the bill. The sheet on the bed was too small and came untucked in the night. The 'continental breakfast' was just cereal, fruit juice, yoghurt and toast with scrambled egg if we wanted it but it was awful. |

I liked the closeness to Hammersmith staion. It had friendly staff. The place was clean and a bonus was the full size fridge in the room.Towels were changed every day. The bathroom was modern and a good size compared to other places. The breakfast choice was minimal but sufficient and the scrambled egg was the best ever ! We were moved room immediatelly a mouse was in our room ! I know this happens in places and does not refelect at all in cleanliness. The second room was much better ans quiter. The original room was very noisy with traffic, police and nearby fire station. It could still be heard despite the double glazing. |

I was in London, which I needed to be, when all the central hotels had been booked there was a vacancy. The hotel was too far from the underground station ie Hammersmith and the claim that there were 5 underground stations within walking district, would be true of anywhere if you are prepared to keep walking! The address of the hotel was given as 105 Sheperd's Bush Rd, but this was only one part of the hotel, the second part, where I stayed was at 45? and therefore much further away. This was not stated on the booking form. It was long way in the pouring rain. The hotel needs some updating. |

The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. There are currently some cosmetic improvements happening - nothing to spoil your stay but will no doubt improve the hotel when finished. The location is great - biggest shopping mall in southern england within pleasant walking distance (but plenty of buses passing the door for the trip back laden down with shopping), fantastic markets at the end of the street, major supermarket less than 3 minutes walk or easy access to tubes to anywhere else. My only criticism of this hotel would be that there is not quite enough room in the dining room. The hotel holds quite a few guests when full and if too many people come to the dining room for breakfast at the same time some are left waiting for a table. Not a dislike - more of a comment, the rooms are quite small so the layout of furniture in the rooms could have been better. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful The beds in the room we stayed in were not very comfortable. It is probably time to replace those beds. |

Central heating was switched off during the night, and we felt very cold. Room was for 3 persons, way too small for head count, conisdering luggage space. |

Very helpful and customer - oriented staff, comfortable beds, cleanliness of the room, reasonable walking distance to the tube/food/shopping. Although i booked online a single room in Royal Guest House 2 Hammersmith, I received there a room in RGH 1 (on the same street, the same family-business). In the first night I had a very noisy room (no.11, the window was not closing properly) so i couldn't sleep at all. Quite small rooms. |

The location is good, near the city centre. No lift, you have to put your back to your room by the narrow stair. |

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very simple, but the lady who cook eggs is very kind! The last night I saw a mouse in the corridor outside my room. It was very little but however a mouse!! The check out would be at 11 o'clock but the housekeepers entered in my room twice an half hour before, I had to ask their please to wait I would vacated the room. |

that there was a desent size fridge to put my food/drinks and also the breakfast was not a full continential breakfast but the breakfast was good enough for me and my family. on your website it did not state that i would only be paying for the first night and that when we arrived at the royal guest house 2 in hammersmith they demand more money of me for the second night that we stayed. We was confused and throught that when the payment had gone through yourselves that we paid in full and not just for one night. It would be useful if this was stated on your website that you only take one nights money and that we pay the full amount on arrival. |

What I liked about this hotel is that it was clean ( the room was cleaned every day), the room was pretty OK for 3 people ( enough space ) and the bathroom was also good- no complains about it. The staff is kind. The breakfast was also good, home-made. The other advantage was that hotel was quiet- no noise from the street. I will recommend it to young travellers who like comfort rather than socializing. In general this hotel is a good deal in terms of value for money- the location is very good ( between central London and Heathrow ), 10min walk from underground station. I will not recommend the hotel for family with kids. One of the disadvantages of the hotel are the stairs no elevator, and if you have to carry heavy suitcases to the last floor is a nightmare. But in the most cheap hotels is like that. One of our beds broke last night of our stay and the boy was not so in a hurry to help... |

I liked the fact that the room was big enough for my family and actually had all we needed to stay there (a fridge, private wc, shower, TV, electric kettle, clean towels every day). I liked the service, the manager was very kind and hospitable and I have to say that the chambermaid was exceptionally nice and helpful. Yes, the noisy guests on the floor and guests who had a tendency to arrive very late at night to the hotel and always woke us up. That was something which really made us furious. |

Reasonable access to underground, you can take two different lines. If it's only to sleep one night can be an option. The room is so small. Very noise street in front of the hotel. Do not have elevators, makes dificult if you have heavy luggages. |
