The staff are super nice and helpful!!! The room is a little small, but clean and cozy.I And my parents had a 5-night-stay here. Everything is just good. The breakfast is simply but tasty, especially the coffee. The location can not be better. Easy access to all the major attractions. Will definitely recommand it to my friends.

Staff very cheerful & helpful. The rooms were very simple, but looked great & were done to a high standard. Excellent value for money.

Staff very helpful.I was travelling with my son & our luggages were carried by them to 2nd floor.Directions given by them were great & breakfast were generous.They even offered second helping which we declined. Our taxi to airport was also arranged by the staff.We really enjoyed our stay here & would recommend to our friends too.

Good value stop off. The staff at breakfast time were really helpful and friendly. The guest house was clean and in good decorative order.

Could do with better selection for breakfast Didnt like that all the charge for the room was taken out of the credit card it was not explained that we could have paid cash on booking in. Bathroom very small, Bed not very comfortable

The owner was very helpful and allowed me to download some things I needed for work from the hotel computer. A good value option hotel for Hammersmith or Shepherds Bush.

Freeze dried paper sachet coffee for breakfast - yeuch.

The location was really good. Good transprotation to the cnetre and Westfield shopping centre and also Heathrow airport. The room was really clean comparing to other hotels for the same price. The fridge was usufel, the WiFi worked well and was free. Nice bathroom. This is a renovated hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The only thing I did not like is that there was no heating until 5pm daily which made daytime stay in the room a bit uncomfortable. Especially taking shower in the morning in the very cold bathroom. But we are different maybe it was cold only for me.

It was close to public transport - 5 min to the underground, bus stop opposite the hotel, the neighbourhood was quiet and clean, some shops, take-aways and Tesco opposite the hotel, the room was cleaned everyday, we were there when frosts started and the heating worked and was on, fridge nad kettle were in the room, so it was ideal for budget travellers.

My bed reminded a slope, the matress looked new, but was partly destroyed.

For what you pay, it is perfect and with a number of bus routes and the tube just minutes away it is a great location.

The staff was very nice to us. Rooms have been refurbished in the last year and are in excellent condition.

The toilet is too close to the wall so if you are a big fellow you might find it abit of a problem to sit down.

Excellent service and clean room. Breakfast was nice and fresh. I loved my stay.

Maybe the breakfast was a bit slow...as in the cooking bits, but they were good, so well worth the waiting bit.
