Very helpful hotel manager, upon my request to move me to a quiet room thus honouring my initial email, responded immediately. Adequate breakfast, very hard-working efficient kitchen ladies. 10 min walk to Hammersmith tube

Room is tiny. Never in my life been to a matchobx room you literally have to go out yourself to put your suitcase on the floor.

I've been here before, and it's good value for money.

This time one of the beds in room 66 was really bad. It should be changed, not just the mattress, as it was changed on the 2nd night, but the bed it self.

The rooms were compact but ideal for an overnight stay. Had rooms at the back, so it was fairly quiet. Great breakfast.

I couldn't borrow an adaptor at the reception, so I had to buy one.

Nothing at all

Dirty and stinky place. When we arrived, they gave us a room on a third floor, of course there is no lift, as we were climbing, used towels and sheets were all along the stairs. When we got to the room, the maids standing and walking over the pillows and the cover beds. They do not really celan, they only spray horrible odorizers. We found trash of the previous guests under the bed and inside the rididculous closet. We did not used it. The carpet was dirty and stinky and the cover beds were really old and needed to be cleaned. The sink was incredible, you cannot wash your teeth, because your head hits the wall, and if you intend to wash your face, you have to wash one side first, and the other later. The sink is 15 cm width and 25 cm long. It is really amazing and stupid. We planned to stay for 3 nights, but we left early next day, we could not sleep because of the odor.

Staff very very friendly, clean hotel, 5 mins far from Hammersmith or 10 mins from Kensiton Olympia station, with a bus stop in front. Located in a residential main road (Sheperd's Bush rd) full of good places to eat something, there's also a Tesco supermarket at 50 mt. Rgh is twinned with saba hotel, the two buildings are one piece. I might think to come back there for a next trip in town.

No elevator (rgh stands on three/four floors, steep stairs), the three bedded room (#67, small double bed + single, the filter of the tap was a pain to use, no lock for the bathroom's door) was kinda smaller in comparison with the twin rooms (#40 and #46), the four bedded room was good (#47, small double bed + two singles). Large shower cabins everywhere. One only wardrobe for three or four persons is not the best to get. The breakfast (served til 9am) didn't offer much, but it was honest (yogurt, jams, milk, coffee, tea, - toast with eggs are their morning specialty)

Clean room with a comfortable bed, it was satisfied me besides my booking fee problem.

I booked two double rooms at first and later I cancelled one room under the policy, but they charged me two double room and no refund, no email reply until now, I'm angry really!

For £ 39 I paid I could not ask for more.good value for money.well, light in the room was not that great and I had some reading to do but I guess people dont come to hotels to study:)

The place was great for value for money. Came with breakfast but not much selection. Shopping centers were very close buy, around 10 min walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful

Rooms were pretty small an the room was cold

The guest house was clean, warm and comfortable with all the facilities needed for a short stay. I was placed in a ground floor room, near reception, which made me feel safe as a solo, female traveller. The breakfast was good and the staff made me feel welcome. very good value for money.

Low price, good location close to the centre of Hammersmith, privacy

My bank card was charged without my being there even though I was present at the hotel. Hotel seemed understaffed when I arrived mid- afternoon more like a doctor's waiting room with people sitting around.

Bedroom bigger than expected. Very friendly staff. Good service at breakfast. Really good location, 10-15 mins walk to Olympia, Hammersmith tube or Shepherd's Bush tube. Excellent value.

Stay at the hotel was a pure pleasure. Service very nice and helpful. Room: room was clean, well-groomed and large enough to three adult person. Refrigerator in a room is a big plus. Location: near underground-one bus stop to the subway line – 4 station Hammersmith, Tesco against the hotel, restaurant also just 50 meters from the hotel. Breakfast: Large consisting of a large or scrambled eggs plus 4 toasted (or more if you need), coffee, tea and juices. The breakfast can also enjoy yoghurt or flakes, milk or jam. Ms in the kitchen very friendly.

Great value for money, excellent location, perfectly clean. Great to have the fridge and fans and so much space, normally i only expect these things in a room of a greater price.

Nothing reallly, rooms were basic in decoration, but not a problem

The hotel itself can't be described as 4 star but it's plus points were - great scrambled eggs, opposite the best kebab shop in the world, a 15 min walk from tube station and great pus & restaurants in Hammersmith, 15 min walk to Olympia, quite area of Hammersmith/Shepherds Bush.

There were some issues with the wardrobe mirror being broken, a tile in the bathroom being broken but all that aside, the room was cleaned everyday, the room was great value for money and we would definately stay there again.

Struggling to think of any positives

Although i booked this hotel i was escorted 5 minutes down the road to one of their 'other' hotels. This wasn't a hotel (no reception) just a series of rooms. The bed head was right underneath the window (no headboard). The curtains wouldn't close. The bathroom skirting boards were hanging off. The traffice noise was endless. I didn't feel safe at all. Would never stay here again nor recommend to anyone.
