The list is far to long.
The staff were excellent from the moment when you Walk in ti the time you leave. This is a class hotel.
Location, Quality, Service, Amenities all first class. The staff were friendly and most helpful in all aspects. We were very happy with our stay here in London, and will be back here in two weeks.
Scarce bathroom toiletries
the staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent
small rooms with tiny beds.
Service, facilities, location, atmosphere
No tea or coffe in room!!!!
It was a well positioned hotel, very clean and comfortable
The staff were exceptional. The hotel is perfectly positioned, historically interesting and very well maintained and clean.
Staff seemed to be quite rushed and busy which led to some delays in service but suitable compensations were forthcoming.
Quality of breakfast & friendliness of staff
Loud music from wedding reception(which we had not been informed about) keeping us awake until 1a. Ridiculously long wait to check in to room-4.30pm when it should have been 3pm.
Very high standard of room.
Lovely breakfast room but bad organization, restaurant crew unfriendly, offered poor service, Our experience didn't match the hotels 5 star rating.
Customer service was excellent, staff were friendly and helpful.
Lovely hotel, fabulous location
Our room windows were frosted so you couldn't actually see outside. Made it hard to judge what the weather was like. Only a slight niggle though.
Location and breakfast.
Window insulation very poor, allowing both draft and noise. Noisy A/C and really small beds. No wifi coverage in the room.
The staff are exceptional in their attention to customers.
It was my first time staying in such a grand hotel; however, it was everything I imagined it to be and more! We had an amazing view of the river and the London Eye from our room. Within walking distance to most of the major tourist attractions and a two minute walk to the underground (which most guests at this hotel don't use). If you want to treat yourself to an amazing hotel with great service, cleanliness, helpful staff and turndown service, this is definitely the place to stay!
The only negative (if there was one) was that the breakfast was twenty pounds per person; however, we did enjoy the breakfast immensely a few days of our trip. And if you aren't up for paying this for breakfast, there is a Starbucks close and a few other eatery's.
Location, staff, cleanliness all excellent
The pillows were too soft.......was like trying to sleep without a pillow!!
Location and style.
Location, beds, roomsize
Prices for anything consumed in the hotel. Very expensive
Great location, beautiful view, very friendly staff, close to Big Ben, Westiminster, etcetera.
The perfume smell they waft through the lobby was so intense, it gave me an allergy attack. Every time we entered or exited, I had to hold my breath and walk as quickly as possible. The bed was also a bit hard.
Very warm welcome. Staff are great. The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in.
Restaurant staff are rude and unhelpful. Made a booking for 17:00 but when we went to the restaurant we was told the kitchen didn't open till 17:30 we had made plans to go to the theatre so ended up with a meal from the bar and drinks that took 20mins to come. Really was the only let down to our stay. Next time we stay we will avoid the in house restaurant and it's rude staff.
Brilliant location Room was a decent size and very comfy. Pleasant, efficient staff throughout. Nice reception/lounge area. Breakfast food good, especially using some proper mushrooms.
Restaurant was too cold to sit in Restaurants should be cosy and warm, this wasn't! Bar was too expensive, even for Central London. Waiting staff need educating about how long a breakfast pot of tea needs to stand, before pouring !
Rooms, staff, food and drink all amazing
Location fantastic for Theatreland.
Pillows too soft.
