Lovely decor though not always comfortable. Good location. Nice room with all the amenities Small English speaking staff. Seemed inconvenienced sometimes to "help". Not warm environment/staff. "Know your audience" And make dining reccomendations accordingly etc. Lack of cozy comfortable area for light food choices and drink.

The location was first class and the food was excellent. The facilities were very good, the room spotless and comfortable and the hotel was lovely. The food and drink service was incredibly slow, and our group was served different courses at different times. It was the same over two meals. With the exception of the Concierge staff, most of the staff were foreign and it made making yourself understood difficult and led to several mistakes in food and drink orders. The staff were charming, but having English as a second language proved problematic with both reception and restaurant staff.

We recieved an upgrade as we had stayed before. This was an unexpected but delightful touch. The house-keeping didn't stock up the tea and coffee stock. A very small matter but meant we had to go and collect some when we came back from our evening out.

The staff were fantastic.Could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Location is of course great. We were lucky and had a great room with view. Ticked all boxes for us, could not have enjoyed being there more than we did Only tiny quibble, bar prices were a bit steep. Although we didn't need to use it, the room service menu was also pricey.

The restaurant and the restaurant staff. After a tiring journey from Lincolnshire and arriving at 2-30pm we were told our room would be ready in 30minutes. In fact we were kept waiting 1hr.45minutes which made it 4-14pm.This delay cost us our afternoon. We were not best pleased and no-one seemed to care.

The room was beautiful we were upgraded with views overlooking the Thames and London Eye. Huge double bed The Buffet breakfast not great although we were given vouchers at £15 each. Normal price was £30 each which is too much for a breakfast.

All staff were helpful and cordial; room was comfortable and roomy, with view of the Thames; everyone seemed determined to make us feel welcome. very intricate methodology needed to make lights and shower function. Could use some simplifying.

The entire experience from early check-in without issue through our luggage being picked up and stored for the day was delightful. Breakfast in the dining room was a buffet but foods were fresh and the proper temperature. Hot toast as well as tea and coffee were brought by waitstaff. The small bar was a great place to relax and drinks were well mixed. My only complaint was not being able to stay in London for a few more days.

The staff was excellent and willing to help with any need. The man who brought our bags up showed us all the room features and the room service was superb. I would definitely stay here again as long as I don't have to deal with the gentleman who checked me out of the hotel at our departure. The gentleman who checked me out at the front desk decided that it was more important for him to be right and argue with me regarding my card not being signed rather than trying to find a solution. Also, the heat in my room did not work but I did not bring it to anyone's attention so I cannot fault the hotel. Beside the man at the front desk, the entire hotel staff was excellent.

The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was a definite plus. Loved the heated floor and shower. The feature of the tub was also lovely. The location of the hotel is amazing. So convenient for pretty much everything. Lots of things easily walkable and those things that aren't are a Tube ride away and the Tube station is extremely close. The decor is very luxiourious and the staff from the doorman to the concierage were extrememly helpful and friendly. We personally asked many, many questions of Rishi Prasad at the concierge desk. He is excellent at what he does and seems to really enjoy it. He was so helpful with all of our questions and planning our trip ahead of time. I could not have had a more wonderful vacation and the Royal Horseguards was huge part of it. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
