Ovimiesten palvelu. Esite antaa liian hyvän kuvan hotellista.Huoneen sijainti pihalla toisen rakennuksen seinää vastapäätä. Baarin tarjoilu hidasta ei asiakasystävällistä, vaan muodollista standardia. |

Kaikki yksinkertaisesti vain ja ainoastaan täydellistä! Varsinkin kun muistaa ottaa valmiiksi/"upgrade'ata" huoneen Thamesin näkymällä.. Vain muutamia lisäplussia mainitakseni: ammeen päädyn yllä TV, hulppean korkea sänky, tohvelit&kylpytakit, kassakaappi ja monta monta muuta, jotka tuovat lisäarvoa hotellilla oleskeluun tarpeenvaatiessa. Ja aamupala erittäin monipuolinen! |

Siisti, hiljainen ja hyvä hotelli erittäin keskeisellä paikalla Lontoossa. Remontointityöt - joista kyllä varotettiin - jatkuivat myös lauantaiaamuna, vaikka verkkosivujen mukaan töitä tehtiin vain ma-pe. Aamiaisen hinta suhteessa sisältöön oli liian korkea, vaikkakin hyvä. |

Comfortable, well appointed accomodation and friendly, efficient staff. The hotel is centrally located and conveniently close to many of London's main attractions Noisy air conditioning in the bedroom. Noise from construction site opposite (not the fault of the hotel) |

We were pleasantly surprised to find that we had a room on the 5th floor (# 518) with a fantastic view over the River Thames and the London Eye. The room was not huge, but very nicely furnished and decorated. There was even a television in the shower! There was nothing we didn't like, although we didn't have breakfast because we thought the cost of £17.50 per head was a bit steep. (But then again, it is a 5 star hotel) |

We where satisfied with location. Rooms 204, 206 like small prison rooms with beds for midgets, asked for bigger bed and get room for invalid persons 210, stayed for three nights room was prepared for night only once! If this is service in deluxe room in five star then I missed the world. |

We loved the way the staff treated us, friendly and respectful of the fact we were the customer. The high pitched beeping noise throughout the night kept me awake and hurt my ears. |

Helpful, friendly staff. Good location. They gave us a river view room that I had asked for. Very comfortable room (if a little small). no 'dislikes' but a bottle of water free of charge would have seemed reasonable given the cost of the room. |

It is a great hotel. Great rooms, great stuff. Comfortable bed, and really clean and neat. Modern, yet with an air of old luxury. I loved the free high speed internet. Great value!!! I did not like that it is a bit hard to get or find cabs nearby. I did not like the food at all. |
