Every things are super amazing i would rate this hotel as 7 stars
Chick In time it was 1500 and it was take mire than houre to gave us the room
Good views of river Thames and close to london eye.
Upgraded room was well worth the money. We had both a regular room and an upgraded room for our party of 5. Upgraded room was spectacular. Really enjoyed our stay overall.
Amazing hotel in great location, staff were very welcoming and recognised us as returning customers offering us an upgrade and free champagne :-) made our trip extra special!!!
Lovely welcome from receptionist, terrific room with a great view. Excellent location. Friendly staff through lobby. Comfortable bed with great pillows.
Shower was poorly designed and leaked very time we used it. Staff in restaurant at breakfast were not very efficient (slow service). But still a great place to stay!!
Everything. Really great hotel and very good value for money.
- staffs' professionalism - the knowledge and willingness to help - the appropriation of everything you ask for - many many others. - Strongly suggest this hotel. The reception staffs are very friendly and helpful.
The location was perfect for transportation and close to lots of sighseeing, stations, shopping.the staff were always pleasant and helpful. Their breakfast was immaculate with loads of choices
The beds were a bit uncomfortable. Lots of noise made at night and early morning
Whilst everything at the breakfast was fine, it wasn't the best that we have eaten. Maybe our tastes are different, but the sausages were not to our taste and there were no beans available. These were only minor things that we didn't think it neccessery to raise with the hotel. Everything else was excellent
Rooms a bit small
Very comfortable and very helpful staff would certainly consider returning when next in London.
The price is very high.
Breakfast - very good to excellent Fantastic view from 6th floor to the Thames and London eye
Staff we encountered were all very professional. Breakfast buffet was superb. Location excellent
Could hear neighbors quite clearly. Lot of door slamming in early morning but more neighbors fault rather than hotel.
Treated so well and the whole experience was wonderful. Will stay again for sure
Nothing at all
What's there not to like...and fastest Free Wifi ever in a hotel
The elevators are a bit on the slow side...
- Excellent location near the Thames, less than 5 minutes to two subway stations - Spacious room, with very comfortable bed and impecable cleaning - Very helpful staff
- The only thing to point out was the shower water pressure, that sometimes was a little bit low
We asked for a room with a good daylight and we were really very satisfied. Our room with river view was comfortable and spacious. We also appreciated to have breakfast on the terrace outside. We stayed 4 nights. The location is ideal, just a couple of minutes to walk to Westminster and the Center of London. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
Phenomenal location. It seemed like every icon of London was around the corner, including Parliament, Westminster Abbey, the London Eye, etc. Easy walk to the theater district. Breakfast, included in our rate, was outstanding - not just the variety, but the obvious quality of the ingredients, i.e. the smoked salmon, croissants, jams...all were of first quality. The facilities were elegant. I would highly recommend the hotel for a magical stay in London.
The hotel needs better elevators. They were slow to arrive, and the opening and closing of doors was slow. One failed to close its doors on two occasions. They really need to be replaced.
It was a lovely staying. Quite, clean and equiped room. Wonderfull fitness room and a great breakfast!
Long time for the elevators to arrive.
