Staff not very committed nor kind. Concierge desk totally useless because y staff. Not to recommend because of the staffs lack is service attitude.
Everything! The room is spacious and very clean. TV in the bathroom as well ;P
Loved everything about the hotel Location is very central Staff extremely helpful and polite Nothing was too much trouble Afternoon tea, very relaxing
Fabulous history, location, style and above all the staff were wonderful and provided a personal experience ...we absolutely loved it ...didn't want to leave!!
Everything! The staff, the deco, the room! Want to come back more.
Menu in the restaurant not much choice.
excellent customer service
The position of the hotel made it easy to get around. The 2 glasses of champagne each for keeping us waiting to get into the room
The room 311 was an internal room with no view except for ducting tubes which were very noisy together with the noise from the air conditioning unit. Room was not ready at 2.00pm had to wait until 4.00pm.!!!!! We had to wait along with other guests for breakfast 20minutes!!!!
Staff were excellent
Location/ comfy bed
V poor wifi/ had to wait 20 mins for table for breakfast!!
The location - walking distance from Covent Garden, Leicester Square and the main London attraction Great breakfast Super staff
The staff were fabulous and the location is great. The hotel is quite opulent.
The room was very small considering the price paid.
We loved the location, and professionalism of all the staff, the hotel is amazing, truly one of a kind Especially love the underfloor heating in the bathroom.
Our room faced a brick wall and would have preferred some sort of view, but other than that it was great.
Lovely hotel Well positioned for all London west end theatres and for sight seeing. All in comfortable walking distances.
Deluxe bedrooms small With only 4ft 6 bed.
Everything the whole package
nothing to not like
Breakfasts were fantastic, quality of food was excellent and the ambiance of the breakfast area and staff was a great start for the day.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Central location for our requirements. Good value for money.
The lack of efficiency and friendliness of the breakfast dining room staff. A lot of fast walking around clearing tables with 2 or sometimes 3 people clearing the same table while guests are waiting to order food or be served their already ordered food which then arrives cold. Why were guests told to wait in a queue when there were tables set up and ready!
Was a totally positive experience from arrival to departure. Our room had a lovely view of the Thames and London's famed Eye. The room was beautiful, the staff efficient and pleasant. Our breakfast, served in a charming room with a garden view, was delicious with multiple choices. This is truly a five star hotel. We highly recommend. ,
Only regret that we couldnt have stayed longer in this charming well located hotel.
We had no window view, brick wall, for the cost of our stay and type of room i would expect a view.
Having to wait for breakfast
Staff and Service Levels
Lukewarm scrambled eggs on a lukewarm plate for breakfast.
Afternoon tea and the staff
Most of the staff did not seem too bothered and breakfast was cold
I liked the location and friendly welcome at reception. Enjoyed a tasty bar snack and the complimentary juice and pastry in the morning was a nice touch.
Despite requesting a room with a view we didn't get one. We asked to sit on the Terrace but were discouraged from doing so. The hotel is just opposite the London Eye and it would have been great to appreciate it from inside the comfort of the hotel.
We only stayed for a night. The hotel is very conveniently located- next to river Thames and easy walking distance to Trafalgar Square and many attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable- we had views over Charing Cross. I liked the old fashion style decor. We had a few drinks in the bar and the atmosphere was nice and relaxed. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast in morning. All and all a very pleasant stay.
