お部屋もホテル全体も綺麗で、スタッフも親切で、とても満足でした。ルームサービスを頼んだのですが、迅速- 且つ親切な対応でした。便利な場所のわりには、とても静かな環境だったのも良かったです。 シャワーが水しか出ない、もしくは全然出ないことがありました。 |

格式のあるいいホテルでした。ロンドンのテムズ川沿いの静かな界隈で、近くにレストランやパブもあり、とて- もいいロケーションでした。部屋も広く、すばらしい内装でした。バスローブが立派で驚きました。 部屋にドライヤーが備え付けてないのが、不便でした。頼めば持ってきてくれるようでしたが、わざわざ頼むの- もおっくうなので、常備してほしいです。アイロンが常備してあってのは、便利でした。 |

とても良いホテルだった。スタッフは私が困ってることに快く手を貸してくれた。部屋の設備も素晴らしくて、- 洗面所の床があたたかいのに感動した。ベットもふかふかだし、スカイスポーツが入ってるものよかった。 携帯電話の電波が入りづらかった。フットボール観戦の格好でエレベーターに乗ってたら、スタッフの人に「お- 泊りのお客様ですか？」と聞かれた。不審者に見えたのかな？と、ちょっと悲しかった。 |

余り知られていないかもしれませんが、場所、環境、グレード、ホテルのホテルスタッフの対応、どれをとって- も素晴らしいホテルです。ロンドンアイを正面にう見られる、見るからに歴史のある建物に、広い部屋に高い天- 井、内部は最新の設備、古さと新しさが同居したホテルで、テーズの流れを眺め下ろせるだけでなく、ビッグベ- ン、ウェストミンスター、トラファルガー広場、どこでも歩ける距離です。4日間の滞在を、7日に延ばし、7- 日間ともテームズとロンドンアイを眺め下ろす部屋に宿泊できました。落ち着いた雰囲気で、サービス、応対も- 押し付けがましいところはなく、必要にして十分なものでした。室内も改装直後なのか全て新しく綺麗で品良く- 、安心して滞在できました。部屋から、延泊価格、アップグレード、交渉は必須ですが、スタッフは抵抗なくほ- ぼ全ての要求を受け入れてくれました。 |

建物自体もよいですが、とても親切で気の利くスタッフで居心地がよかった。 LANでよいので、インターネットが部屋から無料でつながるとよかった。 |

Comfortable, well appointed accomodation and friendly, efficient staff. The hotel is centrally located and conveniently close to many of London's main attractions Noisy air conditioning in the bedroom. Noise from construction site opposite (not the fault of the hotel) |

We were pleasantly surprised to find that we had a room on the 5th floor (# 518) with a fantastic view over the River Thames and the London Eye. The room was not huge, but very nicely furnished and decorated. There was even a television in the shower! There was nothing we didn't like, although we didn't have breakfast because we thought the cost of £17.50 per head was a bit steep. (But then again, it is a 5 star hotel) |

We where satisfied with location. Rooms 204, 206 like small prison rooms with beds for midgets, asked for bigger bed and get room for invalid persons 210, stayed for three nights room was prepared for night only once! If this is service in deluxe room in five star then I missed the world. |

We loved the way the staff treated us, friendly and respectful of the fact we were the customer. The high pitched beeping noise throughout the night kept me awake and hurt my ears. |

Helpful, friendly staff. Good location. They gave us a river view room that I had asked for. Very comfortable room (if a little small). no 'dislikes' but a bottle of water free of charge would have seemed reasonable given the cost of the room. |

It is a great hotel. Great rooms, great stuff. Comfortable bed, and really clean and neat. Modern, yet with an air of old luxury. I loved the free high speed internet. Great value!!! I did not like that it is a bit hard to get or find cabs nearby. I did not like the food at all. |
