酒店外观以及内部、客房都非常传统经典，很有英国特色。交通很方便，绕到酒店正面就是泰晤士河，走不远就到了地铁站；从酒店大门出发走不远就到了皇家骑兵司令部，可以看骑兵换岗，再走几步就是唐宁街十号，非常方便。服务人员包括前台、门迎礼宾、金钥匙管家、房务都不错。相当一部分客房还能正对泰晤士河看到伦敦眼。

开始给我们安排的一间客房几乎是酒店最顶端的小阁楼了，穿过迷宫似的通道走到尽头打开房门，发现窗户外是一堵砖墙，很扫兴。还是礼宾建议我与前台交涉，才换到了八楼一间面向伦敦眼泰晤士河的房间，不过窗户是向两侧开的，只有一定角度才能看见风景。相信八楼以下的客房应该景观更好，不过房价也许就不是这样优惠了。

The room was really beautiful

They charged us twice for breakfast. I booked this hotel months in advance for my partners bday. specific request was room overlooking the river but they did not honour this. I was extremely disappointed

Shower is pretty hard to operate, but you'll get the hang of it (after an wet floor)

床很舒服，我的房间虽然是里圈的（有对着天井的两面大窗），看不见泰晤士河，但很宽敞。我们住了三天都睡得很好，非常安静。

Was struck by how helpful and friendly the staff were which is not always the case in London hotels

Evening meal in the restaurant was disappointing for the price. Not good value for money.

The staff were very helpful and our room was very comfortabe and did not want for anything :-)

The staff were always polite and helpful, the rooms had high quality fittings, drinks were reasonably priced given it was a quality London hotel.

Although they were expecting me and had reserved 2 rooms, they were not aware that it included breakfast and had no means to check, but they gave me an internet access card so I could access my booking on the web site and print off the confirmation. Easily resolved but should have been avoided

The anticipation of guests' needs and furthermore their wants...The rooms had features not known to be available by most travellers, making this an enjoyable and memorable place. As I place great emphasis on comfort features, I was very impressed with the heated floors and lighting options. Also, the staff were always on hand and happily assisted in every way.

The price and the minibar. The minibar should be stocked upon request (or somehow regulated).

they forgot my room service breakfast but when it did arrive it was free - so bad but very well remedied

A luxury hotel with excellent facilities.the staff were always very pleasant and courteous .the hotel's location was perfect as it was close to both the national gallery and the adelphi theatre which was the main purpose of our visit to london. Breakfast was included in price and was good value.

Will definitely stay here again but will be upgrading to a room with a view. The room was rather claustrophobic with only a wall to look out on and it was extremely dark!

This hotel was close to everything we wanted to do -- the London Eye, Pubs and Restaurants, Big Ben and Parliment, Theaters, etc.

Stayed for just one night. Which it could have been longer! Very central, beautiful rooms and attentive staff. Will certainly return.

Location was perfect close to most attractions, Eye, Underground, Trafalgar Square, National Gallery, Westminster Abbey, Parliament, Thames River. Staff was excellent. Got to see Simon LeBon from Duran Duran, he was attending a wedding there!!
