Very comfy bed, pleasant staff and good breakfast - cooked to order. Evening meal i had was also very good and included a free glass of wine. Free wi-fi, free car park and the luxury of being able to book a smoking room in particular means I would definitely consider chosing the hotel again. |

The hotel was well situated, staff very friendly, food good value for money and well cooked. Nice size room. a good package. The hotel has a good history, well located within Kettering, it now needs TLC as it is looking tired, with the present economic situation I feel whoever owns this hotel, they will not speculate and invest, this is a shame. |

We had a roomy suite. Polish receptionists were very friendly. They forgot to clean the room one day and could do nothing about it when we advised reception as the cleaning staff had left for the day. About 7.00pm. |

Central location, good breakfast, good sized room and very helpful staff Although not a problem for our midweek stay, could be noisy at weekends as there is a nightclub below, The decor was a little tired and the bed, although acceptable for the one night stay could have been a bit more comfortable |

It was quite noisy and being at the front the curtains did not block the street lamps out. Also the showers could of been electric so that they did not fluctuate in temperature. |

being at the end of the corridor it was quieter as late night guests can be noisy the room I had must have been over the boiler as all I could hear was the loud noise from the machine, the window could not be opened or closed properly as the sash was broken and double glazed window could not be pulled up |
