Great location, in the centre, convenient for tourists because local attractions are only a short distance away. The apartment is spacious and well kept, suitable for family travelling. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My family has stayed here everytime we come to Edinburgh and would definitely be returning. Narrow and stairwell, quite tiring and difficult to go up and down. |

The stairs leading up to the hotel as I was at the topfloor was a bit frightening. |

perfect location. perfect for friends and families that whant to have near to town center. nice view from windows over town. it is not correct starranking. not that clean och showers was broaken. wery cold due to thin glass in window. a litte bit loud, from party in building and outside. The stairs to the apartment are not easy, not for old people and/or small children. |

Great staff, very central and comfortable. Could be cleaner and the owners need to update the decor. |

The appartment was spacious and the kitchen well equiped. Beautiful design. The entrance to the building is horrible and dirty and the staircase so steep that even without luggage it is a struggle to get to the top. Do not bring suitcases!!! |

RMR was spacious and comfortable, convenient to Old Town Edinburgh, and very affordable. The RMR seems to share staff with a Youth Hostel around the corner. It would have been helpful to have more knowledgeable concierge/staff services. However, they were very nice, and I really hesitate to even suggest this as a criticism at all, but would point out that if you want those services, the Radisson SAS down the street might serve your needs better. |

Close to all ammenities. Convenient for restaurant and shops I did not feel this was 5 star accomodation. The first apartment we were given was dirty and certainly not 5 star- luxurious. It had paint coming off the walls. Dead insects on a stained sofa, and dented and scratched dining table. Very dissapointing. The 2nd appartment was OK but not the luxurious that was displayed on the website. |

Apartment not exactly what we expected a bit disappointing for the money we paid, as staying in a two bed with friends only one loo & bathroom & must admit thought there would have been two en-suites!!!! It could've been a bit cleaner too but on a positive note fantastic location & what a wonderful city!!!! |

The apartments are very centrally located. It's great to also have a sepearte living area from the bedroom. The living area could be a bit chilly due to the latge windows overlooking the Royal Mile, but then we did visit in January. The bedroom, bathroom and hall were always very warm. |

location and view 2nd night there was very loud music from apartment above - rang number of times and even though staff said they would sort it out, the music continued until whoever gave the party decided to stop the festivities - about 3 o'clock. Mentioned it to the staff when we paid - should not really have to pay full price if you do not get what you paid for - a night's rest |

All what has been mentioned in previous positive comments. Excellent staff. The otherwise good apartment was seriously let down by the lack of a possibility to hang up one's coat or suit or shirts. |

Apartment was fantastic, very central and everything you could need for a city-break. I would definitely stay again. Probably not suitable for a young family due to the steep stairs. |
