Loved the upgraded room. The manager was really helpful and polite. The breakfast had good choice. The cleanliness was good and the fridge was so useful, especially in the hot weather. I was originally put into a room with a very wet wall. The desk staff were rude the whole time I was there & it took ages to get any help from housekeeping. There was a long wait for items that had run out at breakfast. The dinner was a very expensive microwave meal, not as described. |

in the center - close to the central station there is no air condition!!! it was very hard to sleep in the very very hot weather... also, as it is close to the central station, the sound of trails and trains all day long was annoying. |

It is close to all public transport and provides easy accsess to a variety of tourist attractions. The price of a room for a one night stay. Having to pay for breakfast separately. |

Great friendly reception. The room was clean & comfortable and having water & juice available free in the fridge, as well as the usual drinks of tea/coffee, was a real bonus. The leisure facilities of swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc were excellent. Really close to shops/ restaurants as well as the station. Excellent! |

The room was spacious and comfortable. Reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The steamroom and sauna were visibly not clean, and both had an unpleasant smell. |

Thought the staff were wonderful and felt the standard of decor was excellent. My only issue was the bed. It was most uncomfortable |
