The welcoming into the hotel was very friendly. Our room was emaculate and the bed was great! If i remembered that there was a swimming pool, i would have taken my swimming stuff! |

The location was central to shops, restaurants, shopping and entertainment. We felt that we were in the heart of the city yet the hotel was quiet and the beds comfortable. The staff were friendly and pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. The restaurant was very good with a selection for fish and meat eaters as well as vegetarians. The room was a little cold. |

Very functional rooms with good facilities. Clean and serviceable and the location was excellent. Free weekend parking (Friday 5.30 p.m. - Monday 8.30 a.m.) was a major bonus. |

The hotel itself was in a great location and nice surroundings, the room was a bit small and there was empty crisp packets behind the curtains! The rest of the room appeared clean however. Upon arrival the hotel had to pre-authorise £110 from a credit card despite the fact that our room rate was only £60 and we were paying in cash. There was no explaination for what this was for. |

It was very quiet and the room had most of the facilities you need. There was no trouser press or iron, or information where this could be accessed. I have stayed at the Royal Terrace several times in the distant past and always appreciated the high standard of room furnishings and having a jacuzzi. On this occasion, however, I was in a modern room which did not have a jacuzzi, and the carpet had a horrible design. |

My stay at the hotel was enjoyable.Room was nice and facilities were fantastic. Just perfect for me and my boyfriend. Had to wait 2 hours in reception as the fire alarm went off at 9 in the morning. Felt that the staff could have dealt with the situation better! |
