We had a meal on the day we arrived and enjoyed it very much. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast. The contents of the breakfast looked very nice but the cooked breakfast was all cold which spoilt the end of a really enjoyable weekend.

It was the venue for a wedding reception the room and staff made the event run smoothly without any visible problems. Drinks were reasonably priced. overall a nice clean hotel with pleasent staff and we enjoyed our time there. It was a sunday and we were unable to book into our room until after 2pm. we had to get to the wedding for 4pm in Newton heath some 30 mins drive time away The rooms were not ready and i had to scrounge towels for a shower due to there not being enough available. Staff however did what they could to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

What a truly lovely experience to stay in an affordable but excellent hotel. With 5 Star Staff Service the attention to Customer Service is second to none. This hotel deserves to be recognised for the wonderful staff and atmosphere. The rooms are well presented, very comfortable, clean and very quiet. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay just outside of Manchester in an excellent Hotel. The Staff service levels beat most other Hotels I have stayed in and that includes 5 Star Hotels across the World. Check your Sat Nav, it might take you into the Residential Road behind the hotel, which leads to the service gate. The hotel is off the main road.

The lovely relaxed atmosphere and friendly unobstrusive staff made for a very pleasant stay. Would definately book an occasion or a function in the future. Nothing really apart from the organisation of breakfast.

I have stayed there several times on business trips. Loved it so much we booked it as a base to explore Manchester. Perfect hotel in every way and would thoroughly recommend it to every one. Fantqastic.

It's reasonably-priced. Having a proper pub next door was also a bonus. Good secure parking. Everything was fine until the morning of check-out. We packed our bags and went downstairs to an indifferent breakfast and when we returned, our door had been unlocked and the member of staff who'd done it was nowhere to be seen. Our luggage and valuables were wide open to potential thieves, which happily did not happen. In addition, after our morning meal, it seems a natural thing to go to the toilet and wash your hands before departure. Unfortunately the member of staff who left our room open, had also removed all the towels. Odd.
