The 'original' English restaurant has a beautiful bar, lounge and dining room. It serves only the best of English cuisine, where quality and tradition comes first. All menus are carefully planned and selected to ensure the widest possible choice. A vegetarian selection is also available.

The Fallen Angels Continental Ristoranté has the style of 14th-century Italy by using genuine relics and sculptures. Many of the dishes are created using traditional Italian family recipes. The continental staff are extremely knowledgeable and will happily offer advice on both the food and the wine list.

By Car (from M62):
- Leave at junction 20.
- At roundabout, take A627(M), sign-posted for Rochdale.
- You will then come to traffic lights and you need to go left (A664 Edinburgh Way).
- At the 1st set of traffic lights, take the 1st left exit for Castleton/Middleton.
- At 2nd set of traffic lights (Tesco on the left-hand side), go straight over on to Manchester Road (A664).
- The hotel are situated 400 metres from the roundabout, on the left.
