1. Food at room service and bar is poor. Breakfast is not bad. 2. Building is old so lift is small and you can hear people's voice from aisle in your room. 3. wifi is free but very slow.

The hotel is very cozy. Although the room given to us is small, the bed is very comfortable. The staff are also very friendly. Wifi is free with complimentary bottle of water every day. The hotel is very close to Victoria station. Apples are available at the front desk everyday and coffee. Can't ask for mores

The room is a bit smaller than expected for a 4 stars luxury hotel comparing with other chain hotels.

The location is excellent! Near all the attractions. Room was beautifully decorated. Bed was very comfortable.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. We stayed here as we were running the London marathon and enjoyed every minute of it.

the staff was excellent and couldnt do enough to help. The entire staff !!

the rooms were nice but small, with three suitcases in the room there was not enough room to lounge. This was in the Royal suite areas too.

Very obliging and unflustered staff that were genuinely happy and pleased to help. Classically smart lounge, bar and restaurant areas but funky interior designed bedroom. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast but did not dine in the restaurant so cannot comment.

Nothing to dislike. I'd like to sample other hotels in this chain.

being ripped off in the bbar which is part of although adjacent to the hotel. pre theatre meal advertised at £12 via Victoria palace, then £17 when we called to confirm but we were charged even more.......rip off

Totally gorgeous stay at Rubens! Book the hotel and a meal at Pètrus, a five min walk away for me fiancé for valentines. Everything from the decor to the staff stood out for us. Beautiful rooms and warming smiles from the second you walk in! We will most certainly be staying here next time we are in London!
